Happy Tuesday!~

Thank you all for reading! c:

After they had settled down, Ethan really wanted to take a shower of shame; he let himself be consumed with unwanted emotion, but at the same time, he enjoyed having the fluttering affection going through him, he saw Grayson in a new light, he still felt some fear, as Grayson was not human, and that was going to take Ethan a long time to process, as it meant that the reality he grew up with was fake, all those fairytales he had been told as a child, we're possibly true-Ethan would have to ask Grayson about Mothman later-and that the monster under his bed, was in fact real.

Grayson offered Ethan a new set of clothes to wear, he gave him another pair of sweats, socks, boxers, and a loose gray sweater to wear after when he showered. He led Ethan to the bathroom that was connected to his bedroom and poked around under the sink until he found another packaged toothbrush that he put on the sink counter. He grabbed a black towel and washrag from the linen closet and put that on the closet toilet lid and walked towards the shower.

Ethan was mesmerized by the bathroom, the floor was a dark gray tile, the walls were dark green, the expansive mirror above the sink had the actor/actress Hollywood setup of lights, and the shower was decent sized, the glass was frosted all around, and next to the shower was a large bathtub that looked like it could fit 5 people.

"Pretty simple setup," Grayson said, opening the shower door and gestured to the knobs. "Feel free to use what you want, just hang your towel over the shower when you're done," he told Ethan.

Ethan nodded and thanked him as he placed the clothes he had been holding in his arms on sink counter and he glanced in the mirror to look at himself and boy, did he look like a mess, not even a drunk, hot mess, but the type of mess where he looked like he had cried for a solid day, and he looked like he had been sick. He jumped as he felt Grayson against his back and had nuzzled his face into the crook of Ethan's neck, "I can see you."

Grayson opened his eyes, but stayed where he was, "Why wouldn't you?" he asked, voice slightly muffled.

"I thought vampires didn't have reflections," Ethan said.

"Old wives' tale," Grayson chuckled. "Do you know how bad modern day vampires would look if we couldn't see our reflections? We really would look like a monster from your worst nightmare."

"That's illogical, despite your looks, you are...terrifying, not trying to be mean about it," Ethan said. "Because a little over an hour ago, vampires didn't exist and you were just make believe."

"All right, you Vulcan," Grayson grumbled. He saw the curious, yet hopeful expression on Ethan's face, "No, I'm not sure if aliens exist," Grayson watched Ethan's curiosity deflate.

"Will you tell me about other supernatural beings?" Ethan asked him, as he detangled himself from the taller.

"Maybe, but I don't want your world to explode," Grayson told him, grinning at Ethan's pout due to his answer. After doublechecking that Ethan had everything, he left the bathroom, shutting the door behind himself. While Ethan was showering, Grayson was going to look up a few simple meals to fix, as he had to be starving.

Ethan stripped down and tested the water before stepping into, his shoulders slumped and he shut his eyes, letting out a pent-up sigh and let the hot water turn him red before he moved to wash his hair and body. Even after, he turned to face the water, letting it pelt down onto his skin; there was just too much to think about, too much to deal with, he just wanted to crawl under his blankets and sleep off whatever madness was going through his head.
