Regular Day Or So I Thought...(1)

                Chapter One

The sound of my alarm clock woke me up from a nice dream. I checked the time it was 5:50. To lazy to get up I decided to put it on snooze.

Ten minutes later it rang it went on like that until I thought it was time to get out of bed. I walked out and changed into my regular outfit. 'Oh yeah today is the field trip!' With that I quickly changed grabbed my bag which was stuffed up with chips, candy, and a water bottle. As I made my way to the bathroom I stopped to wake up my mom so she could get ready. I also had two siblings my sister and younger brother.

As I entered the bathroom I first started with my hair. It was so wavy and all tangled. It took me about five minutes to straighten it out. After spending a little more time in the bathroom. I went downstairs to eat something. My mom soon came downstairs to turn the car on. I grabbed a bagel and went outside. My sister wasn't in the car yet so I assumed she was taking her sweet time. After two minutes she finally showed up. I checked the time and the clock read 7:30. There was still time because I had to meet up at 7:45. As we left the kids. It took about five minutes for my mom to drop me of at school.

I said bye to her and went through the gates greeted by a lady. I just waited there it was 7:36. 'Hm I wonder where were suppose to meet?' I mentally thought our quire teacher just told us too meet up with the drama teacher.

Soon I saw other classmates going outside the gates to probably meet up with the rest. So I followed and yes there were other people also waiting. I saw Meme! And quickly went to her. We both talked but mainly about two different themes. Mine was anime and hers was Korean Drama, but one thing that was similar was K-pop!

It would take at least two hours or so to get too Salinas so I came prepare with candy to help clam my nauseous. As I took out a pink rock candy I offered a aqua one to Meme. As the bubble gum flavor helped my brain relax I felt the energy come back to me.

We finally made it too Salinas. We are going to watch a play but the only problem was I didn't know what it was going to be about! Soon I got an idea due to how there was Dr. Suess picture drawn on walls.

We lined up to get our stickers so they know who were with and to let us pass. When we entered me and Meme talked due to how slowly we were going. As we entered the play they sat us in rows. There were other students from other schools and families.

Me and Meme barley sat together due to how I sat at the end and her second to end. Everyone was talking to there friends and just goofing. I decided to turn off my phone so it wouldn't disturb me.

We had to wait like for fifteen minutes due to how they were seating everyone in a row. Slowly the lights started to turn of. The little kids screamed which made us laugh at there childish act.

It was dim. Until all the lights turned off a women appeared on stage and told us if we knew who Dr. Seuss was and if our teachers talked about him. Of course the little kids said "YES!" Before it started everyone had to turn off their phones.

I don't know for how long we sat on our chairs but it felt forever. I liked it due to how I remember I saw the movie when I was little. The line "A person is a person no matter how small~" brought back the memories which made me smile. Overall I loved it.

They soon started dismissing us so we could go back. We stayed due to how we had to eat lunch while other schools went to their buses. I was walking beside Mayna (Meme) also Natalie and some other people we knew. We made it to some tables where we would sit. I went to the bus with some other people so we could go get our lunch. When we came back the tables were almost filled up where we were sitting but thankfully there was a little room left.
