Getting Prepared(9)

                           Chapter 9

It was another fresh start, everything was so nice I don't know but today I felt like a new person. I don't know but I was just so jumpy and bubbly all of a sudden. I usually tend to change personalities once in a while. As I got up something seemed a little off. I looked at the night stand, nope it wasn't my phone. I looked outside, nope no one was spying.

"Maybe I'm hungry?" I told myself but even after I ate something, I still felt off.....I couldn't describe it....it was like someone I knew was in danger or something like that,"Naw I'm thinking too much." I said as I started to get ready for the academy.

-??? POV-

"What's all of this!?" I told myself as I saw before me. It smelled so disgusting and the sight was just a big no no. Even though their were dead bodies I didn't really freaked out a lot due to how this could just be another nightmare about my sister eating everyone then torturing me.

I walked around taking in my surroundings. I didn't really know what happened due to how I thought I was in the bus on the way to the house.

"If this was a dream then maybe..." I looked around and saw trees so I ran to one and tried to kick it down...."AHHHH!" I yelled in pain as it didn't went as planned. "Gosh I swear if this-"

"Well,well,well, look what we have here." I turned around almost immediately looking at who made the source of sound.

"Holy mother flipping crab." I don't know how to describe this but if this was another dream I don't know where this dude belonged.

-Ana's POV-

"Okay so today you two will be getting special training since both of you barley came we want to see what you can do." Iruka said while gesturing towards me and Mayna. I just stood their not understanding one word. Soon someone came inside the room and told the both of us to follow him. I just stood up and left with this weird dude.

As we went outside their were things set up already. I seriously didn't want to do anything today, all I wanted to do was just read and forget where I am just for one day.

"Okay I'm Nate and today I'm going to see where you guys are at based on how you do." Nate said. I've never seen this dude but he seemed like in good shape and all. He had blonde hair that I just adored and blue eyes~ I don't know why but I thought it would be funny if his blonde hair was just a wig but, I just adored his blue eyes.

"We're also going to........." I was just like literally looking at his eyes I don't know why but something just attracted me to them ".......got that?" He said as he looked at us. I just nodded my head not knowing what to do but followed where he was going to first. "Begin!" He said as their were kunai on the ground neatly placed. I just stood their looking at it, I haven't held one of these before so I was pretty excited. I grabbed five and was up first.

My heart was beating so fast, sweat was building up in my palms, while I stood and starred at the target. As soon as I released the kunai, it didn't go as planned. I looked anxiously hoping it would hit the target but instead it only landed on the ground. I tried again and again and again, this time it did landed only not that close to the bullseye.

Meme went up next, she did it almost like me only worse.......('-ω-'). Naw she actually did pretty good, like if she was doing her ELA Benchmark. We went on like this and by just doing this, while the sun was up I was pretty sure I was getting a tan. I'm not one to wear shirts outside, only when necessary.

"Enough!" Nate said as the both of stopped. I saw him scribbling something on the clip board before proceeding. "Okay now we're going to test your speed." I sort of liked the sound of that. As he lead us to the track we had to run at least four laps under nine minutes. I knew that in this one we were doomed.

-time skip-

After practicing for hours we were finally let free!

"I wanna die..." Mayna said as she rested her head on my shoulder. I just responded with a 'yea' and kept on walking. By now I was just a disgusting mess, all stinky, sweaty, and my hair was all over the place. I didn't really care, all I wanted to do was get to the apartment and sleep for the rest of the day.

I couldn't do that cause in the distance I saw a orange blob coming our way at a fast pace. A smile pop up on my face, it was like a nice to see you around, smile. As it got closer it wasn't who I was expecting......it was a weird kid wearing everything orange, like even his hair was orange.

"Why didn't you come!?" I just gave a weird look, because this random kid came out of nowhere and started screaming.

"Ummmm......?" I stuttered as I didn't really know what else to say. He just kept on staring, his green eyes were so intimidating that I didn't know what to do.

He 'sigh' as he brought me in a hug........Meme then grabbed my arm and took me off his grasp.

"She's mine Loser!" She said as we strolled off into the distance.

-Next Day-

"Okay so both of you lack on a lot of things, and graduation is in like three months. So you are going to be training for the remainder of days." Iruka said as he smiled at the last part. I just stood their knowing that my funeral would be pretty soon.

-??? POV-

"It seems like we ran into a strong opponent this time." The other weird dude....or female said.

I just stared at them not really knowing what to do. Both of them were pretty weird and reminded me one of those weird things that my sister watches and is currently trying to get me into it.

"Who are you?" I said wanting some answers.

"Oh is the great 'Black Rose' too great to recognize the one who taught her?" The guy with a big sword said, and what was with that name?

"Okay so first of all I don't know who you are and second of all my name is Linda." I replied pretty annoyed, I wasn't in the mood, if this was just a dream.

"You sure have changed since I last saw you." The guy holding the sword said,"Well let's see if your fighting skills have also changed." He said as his hands griped on his sword. I knew that I was doomed. Even if this was a dream it seemed pretty real.

"AHHHHHHHHH!!!!" I screamed as I saw him coming for me, as I quickly got up i reached for my phone trying to contact someone. The first number that came on was my sister so I quickly texted her as these two killers were on my tail.

Thankfully speed runs in my family so I'm a pretty fast runner.

As I send the text I didn't notice that i was running towards my death...
