Getting To Know The Place(4)

                            Chapter Four

After all that yipidy yaping we were set free at last. Well not all that free because if I'm correct the Hokage wouldn't let some stranger wonder around the village with their buddy and weird looking backpacks while wearing some weird looking clothes. So probs he sent some ANBU's to spy on us.

I didn't like the idea of being watched but yea that's how life works apparently here. Also he gave each of us a key to our new little apartment. We were currently on a scavenger hunt for our new place while walking through the busy streets of Konoha. It actually has quite a lot of people which made me a bit uncomfortable.

"Ani" Meme said as we walked.

"Hm"

"We should try to find an escape route out of your fantasy world."

"I have to agree but it isn't my fantasy world due to how my imagination isn't this big and we would probably not succeed with the escape plan." I replied knowing why we wouldn't succeed.

"We could at least try to learn some of this wired magic thing."

"Correction it's called Chakra." I said with an all know it tone.

"Yea yea whatever it is we could use it for escaping or so." Meme replied bored out of her mind.

"Okay I think I know what we will do today in the night!" I said with enthusiasm.

"What?"

"Were both going to watch anime if you know what I mean on what type of anime," I said so that I wouldn't say Naruto's name and the ANBU's wouldn't think that were after the nine tails," and maybe, just maybe you will see how it will not work and how the story developes!"

"That's great and all but tomorrow we have to go to this academy thing which actually sounds a lot like school except that we will have something inside of us now." I stayed Silent for a few seconds before I pointed out something.

"You know? That sounded wrong."

"No it- OMG Ani! Why do you have to make everything wrong!" She yelled at me while lightly hitting me.

"Sorry! I didn't mean to!" I replied laughing and blocking her witch was pretty easy since she's like five inches shorter than I am. I'm pretty sure this caught the attention of some people since we were wearing weird clothes, acting like little kids, and we were just the very definition of weird in their dictionary book.

This lasted for a couple of seconds when I sprinted of towards a random direction and Meme running after me. It was pretty difficult to run, laugh, and dodge due to how, I was tired, my stomach was hurting, and their were quite a lot of people doing there daily routine.

This went on until we found a nice peaceful place to sit down. The sun was still up and I was sweaty and smelly but it was quite nice just watching the shimmering river flow, birds chirping, and the nice gentle breeze past a few times. It was nothing like where I used to live but either way I have to find a way to go back so that I can promote from middle school.

"Ani."

"Hm?"

"I think it's time we start looking for our apartment and maybe ask around." She suggested.

"Sure why not and maybe we could freshen up for the next day and besides I need to watch Strong Women: Do Bong Soon!" I yelled with enthusiasm.

"Oh that drama it was really funny that I peed myself while watching it."

"Well then lets go find this place and hopefully their are no spiders!" I yelled once again.

"Okay and maybe we could meet some weird people that live here!" She replied with also a yelling voice.
