Chapter 7: Fun Morning

Chapter 7:

I wake up with David's arms around me. Hes still sound asleep. I smile softly as I watch him sleep. Someone knocks on the door waking him. I cover his head with the blanket. "Come in." I say. The door opens as Austin pops his head in. "Its time to get up, school is in an hour and a half." He says with a smile.

I smile back. "Thank you for coming and waking me." I say. He smiles bigger as he closes the door. I uncover David smiling. He sits up and kisses me."Morning love." He says. I smile and tap the tip of his nose. "Morning, time to get ready for school." I say as I kiss him.

I slide out of his grasp and heads for my closet. After a few minutes I walk out in a cute outfit I never worn before. David sits there waiting. He smiles as I walk over to him. "You look good today." He says as he raps his arms around my waist.

I rap my arms lightly around his neck as I sit on his lap. He kisses me as I kiss him back. Danil opens the door without knocking. "Are you two rea....DAVID WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" He yells. David and me jump. I feel him tense up. I grabs his hand to give him comfort.

His grip on my hand tightens. "I'm... kissing Gem. That is what I'm doing." He says in a strong tone. Danil looks at me. "Gem you can't be with him." He says. "Why not? I've always liked him." I say clinging to David. Danil growls in anger. "You two will learn soon enough." He says as he walks out of my room.

We finally get up and head down stairs. Austin runs into us. "Casey is after me again." He says in a child's voice. Casey stands in front of us. "Again? Just give him to me." He says glaring at me. I glare back at him, after a second I walked over to him.

I lift him up like if he was nothing and put him in a chair. "What are you doing?" I hear Austin asking from behind me. I grab a funny looking hat and put it on Casey's head then finds some funny glasses. I put a fluffy coat on him then a boa.

I look at Austin. "Might want to move out of his view." I say as I walk over to a chair behind him. Austin and David exchange looks then hide. I wait for them to be hidden all the way. I snap my fingers and Casey starts moving again.

He growls. "Give him to....WHAT IS THIS?!" He yells ripping everything off. He looks around for one of us. He smells me and heads towards me. "I know your there!" He says angrily. David runs up to him to stop him. "Don't you dare harm her." He says getting in Casey's face.

Casey pushes him. "Then keep her away from me and she wont be harmed." He says getting in David's face. He turns and walks away as David looks at me. "You shouldn't have done that." He says half annoyed. "He needs to lighten up." I say. He looks at me with disaproval.

I look down. "I wont do it again." I say. David picks me up by my waist. "Now you need to go get some breakfast." He carries me to the table and puts me in one of the chairs. He goes into the kitchen and gets some cereal. I look towards the window.

He returns with a bowl of cereal. I watch him set the bowl down and turn to walk away. I grab his hand before he can. "Are you mad at me?" I ask. He sighs. "No, that was funny but you just don't want to mess with him or he will come after you." He answers as he kisses my forehand.

I eat my cereal as David gets ready for school. Austin walks over with a black eye. "What happen?!" I ask him. He shrugs. "Is this for what I did earlier?" I ask. He half nods. I open my arms and he runs into them and starts crying. "Its okay." I say petting his hair.

I move him so I can see the black eye. I lightly trace the bruising. It heals really fast. "There. All healed." I say with a smile. Austin smiles and hugs me again. "Thank you." He says. "I'm always hear for you and everyone." I say with a smile. I hear David walk out of the kitchen.

He looks between us. "What did I miss?" He asks. "Casey gave him a black eye because of what I did, but its healed now." I say. He smiles. "I'm going to have to protect you while you protect him." He says, laughing a little. We all look at the clock. It shows 20 minutes till school starts.
