Lyss glared at me and I shifted in my seat. She could get really bad when she did her death glare. It pulls her eyebrows down so much that they cover half of her eyes. She frowns and it makes you extremely uncomfortable to see such a happy person so angry.
"I- mean not that I would ever mess with your script, I mean why would I do that- who would mess with your script, not me," I rambled.
She smiled again and I calmed down. Lyss' death glare was a rare occurrence. She would usually just frown and slap you. I turned back to my notebook. Lyss' 'song' was still written. I hadn't lied. I did like the ending. Actually, like was a strong word. It didn't annoy me as much as everything else in that song. Which was a surprise?
"Sooooooo?" Lyss asked.
"Come on. Let's go get some food." I sighed.
Lyss practically bounced out of the room to put on her coat. I took one last look at my notebook, grabbed my sweater and some cash, and went out.
