A week before Christmas Eve...

The kids and Kim took the plane to Seoul, Korea, where Jaejoong and the rest would meet them before we leave homeward for Choongnam. They were going to spend Christmas at her in-laws', her first stay-over, and the kids' too. Because they stayed in Singapore most of the time, they only get to see them during the festive seasons mostly, and if they visit them. And cos of the kids' school vacations, and Jaejoong and Kim's hectic work schedule, they hardly have time to take the kids to visit their grand-parents. Kim did feel rather bad about it, as they don't get to see their grand-children most of the time, but she still wanted them to learn Mandarin, cos they are half-Chinese, she didn't want them to be well-versed in only Korean. Furthermore, there's still her Mum who can teach them Cantonese back home! Since Kim was not too well-versed in that, she would rather someone more qualified take over.

The sound of her handphone ringing interrupted Kim's thoughts. Kim took a look at the screen, it was Jaejoong.

Kim: Hi handsome, where are you now? I'm already collecting our luggage at Belt 16, where are you?

Kim said playfully.

Jaejoong: Oh baby, I've just came out of the plane, I'm still walking towards the belts. Will you meet me at Belt 20, that's where my stuff will be. See you there!

He replied energetically, he sounded so enthusiastic about seeing them, and going home for Christmas.

Kim: Yup, we'll do just that, bye...

Kim turned around to look at her kids, they were waiting anxiously for Kim to let them speak to their Daddy, but Kim just forgot about letting them talk to him. Kim could see a glimmer of disappointment in their eyes.

Kim: Ok kids, we're gonna meet Daddy at Belt 20, can you remember that for Mummy? And meanwhile, get on the trolley, I'll push you over there.

Once they were on top of the trolley, Kim dialled Jaejoong's number again.

Kim: Honey...I forgot to let somebody speak to you just now...

And Kim handed the phone over to the two kids.

So Kim pushed the trolley with their luggage and her two hyper-ventilating kids talking on the phone with their Daddy over to Belt 20. And there he was holding the handphone, and talking to them as Kim pushed the trolley over. When she finally reached him, he cut the line, and the two kids, scrambled down the trolley to hug him. After he finished fiddling with the kids, he took his luggage over, and placed it onto her trolley. And then he moved over beside Kim, and pulled her in close for a kiss. By the time they separated themselves, the kids were already once again on top of the trolley and ready for them to start pushing them out. Kim smiled when she saw the sight, and Jaejoong glazed at them, then back at Kim, and gave her a peck on the forehead. Then they left the airport to take a coach to Choongnam.

Christmas morning...

The kids were digging through the Christmas tree searching for their presents, and when they finally finished collecting all those with their names on, they sat themselves around the tree and started ripping the packaging from the presents. Jaejoong had gone with Kim to buy the kids presents earlier the week, when they stayed at home with their grandparents. They gave Miki a nice white teddy bear, and Hugo a remote-control toy car.

Kim didn't place Jaejoong's present under the tree though. It was something that she had to show him in private. After the kids finished opening their presents, they searched the tree for theirs. They then gave each of them a card they had made themselves. And since Jaejoong had placed Kim's present under the tree, they also gave it to Kim.
