"W-... What?" Jungkook said, breaking the silence. After a few minutes of processing, Jimin immediately ran towards Nari, starting to cry and grabbing her from Yoongi. While Jimin had a death grip on her and was basically sobbing, Nari was just confused. So, she asked why they didn't check everywhere.

"Why didn't you checked- I mean check Yoongi-Oppa room?" She asked, barely being heard because of Jimin's loud sobs. Meanwhile Jin was finally beginning to slowly get color back into his face while he had himself propped onto the counter with his elbows. "Well, that is true..." Namjoon said, rubbing poor Jin's back. Jin sighed.

"Yep..." He said, slowly picking himself up from the counter. "Alright," he said, trying to catch everyone's attention. "So it took a few hours, but we were finally able to decide that if Nari would like to stay here she can..."

Nari grinned and clapped quietly. "Yes! I can stay with my Oppa~!" Nari thought to herself, looking all around the room in excitement at the thought of staying here with all of the boys. But all she found was worried faces and the boys all tensed. With the upsetting atmosphere, a question came to the young girl's mind.

"But... What about Daddy and Mommy?" "A-And?" Jungkook asked, knowing his older friend had more to say than just that. Jin, looking like he was about to cry, continued his sentence. "W-we found out that-..." Jin paused, not really wanting to say it in front of this poor girl.

Tears gathered in his eyes while he blinked rapidly while looking up, trying to fight his sadness but not being able to as he hid his face with his hand. Nari had already seemed to have been through so much and had most likely been traumatized... He didn't want to worsen the pain for when she's older.

Namjoon, who had brought Jin into a hug and let him cry into his chest finally spoke and told the boys what was wrong. "Her father disowned her apparently.. He showed a picture of her to the main court in Seoul and brought her birth certificate. He told them he didn't want her, and that whoever had her at that moment could... T-Take her..."

Namjoon stopped, rubbing Jin's back only to continue afterwards. "Then he left saying that he was disowning her." Tears pooled in Nari's round, bright brown eyes while she looked over at the two. "So Daddy... D-Doesn't want me.. Anymore?" She asked, her voice trailing at the end.

Namjoon didn't even know how to reply while he just looked down in sorrow. Nari sniffed. Her own father didn't want her anymore... She tried so hard to stay quiet, as her father always hated it when she cried. But she couldn't. She immediately started sobbing in Jimin's grip while he hid her in his shoulder in an attempt to comfort her.

"W-why...! W-why couldn't I h-ave just been a good girl for one day...!" She cried. Everyone fell silent after that, not thinking about her question but instead thinking about the one word she said.
