Escaping my Fate

Chapter 1

Marie's P.O.V.

'Every time my parents planned this stupid trip with each other I'm always left out'

I thought to myself as my parents ran around the house frantically.

My mom walked in front of me blocking my view to the tv and shut it off. She looked at me and waved her hand in front of my face "earth to Marie...Max and his friend Ronnie are coming to babysit you the entire time we are gone!"

She stated and then resumed her running about. I sat up eagerly hearing the names Max and Ronnie

"What!? Are you serious?" I asked my mom. She nodded, Max was my only cousin who was practically my big brother.

Ronnie was my best guy friend...well...I have a a huge crush on him and no one knows this besides him.

I smiled running upstairs and grabbing some clothes to put on, nothing special though. I threw on my favorite 'misfits' band tee-shirt and my black ripped skinny jeans with slits from the thigh down.

After that I put on my black combat boots which I loved and my plain black hoodie.

I was so anxious to see them again I haven't in so long. I reapplied my make up since this morning, and began to straighten my pastel purple and black waist length hair.
