Hello my little butterfly's!
I have been dying to tell everyone about this project since January and now I can finally announce it!
For my final year of university, and my final bout of projects, I decided to create one surrounding all of you. I'm creating a visual magazine that will feature your work (and one or two of my own) alongside mine and a few other illustrations. This is for not only me to read some of your best work but for everyone else to see it! What better way to get your poetry or creative writing pieces out there by collaborating.
THIS MAGAZINE WILL BE FEATURED IN MY FINAL YEAR EXHIBITION! Not only will your pieces be posted here but for other creatives in my university to see/read.
The three main topics to choose from:
- Love (e.g. romance, loss, family, partner)
- Time (e.g. the future, the past, what it means, what it could mean)
- Adventure (e.g. travel, fantasy, fears, hopes, dreams)
Main points
Keep it PG. Not all creative pieces of writing involve sex guys. Be as creative as you possibly could be!
No more than 2000 words. It needs to be able to fit across a or a few double page spread or even a single page. Short and sweet is fun.
It could be about truly anything! Be descriptive and different. Something that could maybe tug at the tear ducts, something emotional, something real, something made up, this is your garden of eden to explore.
There's no discrimination here! I don't care how old you are or how young, if you think you're good enough submit away!
Poetry is always welcome. Who doesn't love a haunting bit of poetry ;)
If you think you're creative enough to feature any of your illustrations send those ahead too!

Include your name, age and wattpad name so I know who to credit (if you want to remain anonymous, then thats fine.)
The deadline for your submissions is the 10th April 2017 but I may extend it depending on how many I receive. I'm choosing around 20-25 pieces for the magazine.
