I Don't Feel Good

After breakfast, the boys returned to their activities and Tobin and Alex continued unpacking.
Alex hears the doorbell ring and and asks Tobin to get it.
Tobin opens the door wondering who it is, considering they've only been there 2 days.
When she opens the door, she sees Aaron and his family.
"Hi." She says, not knowing who it is.
"Hi, um we're your neighbors to the right." A tall man with a beard says, he's probably one of Aaron's dads.
"Oh, hi I'm Tobin and this is my wife Alex." Tobin says right as Alex walks up to her.
"Hi Tobin. I'm Greg and this my husband Michael." The tall man says while pointing to another tall man, who looks Japanese.
"Please come in guys." Alex says stepping back so they could enter.
Greg and Michael step in and following them is 3 boys.
"Oh these are our sons." Michael says.
The boys wave and Michael adds. "There's Keo, Tyson, and Aaron."
"Nice to meet you guys. We have three boys around your age. Boys?" Tobin replies.
Grayson, Jackson, and Hunter enter the room.
"Hey Aaron." Hunter says.
"Well it looks like our boys have already met." Alex smiles.
"Oh yea, I'm lending Hunter my Harry Potter book because he's never read it." Aaron says happily while grasping the binding of the book.
"Oh Grayson and Jackson, this is Keo, Tyson, and Aaron." Tobin says.
"Hey." Grayson says nodding his head.
"What's up?" Jackson adds.
"Nothing much." Keo says nodding back.
To many people, Aaron and his family would seem a little strange........well, it depends on your opinion.
Greg and Michael are a gay couple. Michael is Japanese and Greg seems to be Latino. Keo is African American, Tyson has red hair as bright as the sun, and Aaron is also Japanese. But, the Heath's aren't fazed by it because they ACCEPT people for who they are. They are a lesbian family. They live in a society where there are a million kinds of different people and families. We should all realize this. (not trying to push my opinion on you, just part of storyline).
"Well, we better get going, we got some errands to run. We should totally get together, have dinner or something." Greg says.
"Yea, that would be great. And feel free to come over any time, door's always open." Alex replies opening the door for the family.
"Thanks so much. It was so nice to meet you guys. Hopefully the boys will be good friends." Michael says exiting.
"Yea, nice to meet you guys too." Tobin says wrapping her arm around Alex's waist.
"Here's the book Hunter." Aaron says handing the book over.
"Thanks Aaron. Hopefully I'll like it." He says raising his eyebrows.
"Oh you will." Aaron says leaving.
".....bye." He adds.
"See ya." Hunter replies.

It's dinner time and Tobin goes to tell the boys.
Grayson and Hunter run out of their rooms, but Jackson doesn't.
"Jack, dinner." Tobin says knocking on Jackson's door.
"I'm not hungry." Jackson says quietly.
Tobin does a double take and walks into the room.
"Why?" Tobin says surprised because with three growing boys, they're always hungry.
"I don't feel great." Jackson replies almost whispering.
"Where does it hurt?" Tobin says sitting on the bed.
"My throat. It hurts when I swallow and stuff.
"Hmm, your voice does sound raspy." Tobin says. Tobin feels Jackson's head, which is as hot as the sun. "......you have a pretty bad fever."
"......Alex?" Tobin says.
Alex comes into the room and says: "yea?"
"Jackson's sick. He's got a fever and a sore throat."
"Hmm, open your mouth Jack." Alex says. Alex's whole family is basically in the medical business some how. She knows some stuff.
"We need to go to the hospital now." Alex says.
"What?!" Tobin and Jackson say at the same time.
"Yep, Jackson's tonsils are the size of golf balls."
"No, I don't wanna go to the hospital." Jackson stammers, obviously scared to death.
"You'll be fine Jack." Alex says. "......can you get the car Toby?" She continues.
"Uh, yea." Tobin says obviously still shocked by the last few minutes.
Tobin runs to the car and pulls it out of the drive way. She comes back in the house and explains to Gray and Hunt wants happening.
"Call Greg and Michael in an emergency." Tobin says as Alex rushes in with Jackson.
"Hopefully we're not long." Alex says putting Jackson's jacket over his shoulders.
Alex and Tobin help Jackson into the car and pull away. They pull up to the emergency room and file out of the car. "You'll be fine baby." Jackson says fixing his hair.
Tobin checks them in and starts to fill out some forms. Jackson is wrapped up in Alex's arms because he's really nervous.
"Jackson Heath." A doctor says while looking at a clipboard.
Alex, Tobin, and Jackson get up and make their way to the doctor.
"Hello, in doctor Reynolds. What seems to be the problem?"
"Jackson's throat hurts and his tonsils are inflamed." Tobin answers.
"I see. Well let's go back to the examination room and we'll check it out." The doctor says leading the group through a hallway.
When they find the room, the doctor gestures Jackson to sit on the table.
"Alright. Let's see. Mouth open, tongue out." The doctor says while holding up a light.
Jackson does as told. The doctor gasps.
"What? Something wrong?" Tobin says nervous.
