~Poppy~

I walk to my room, and sit on my bed.

I fidget with my hands, while awaiting the call of either of the twins.

I would cancel, but I've already promised them.

And what's a promise if it goes unkept?

I continue to stare into the abyss, that is my ceiling.

I do this for awhile, but my mom knocks on my door.

"Poppy." She says, opening my door.

"Yea." I say.

"How was your day?" She asks.

"It was...interesting." I say.

"What was so interesting about it?" She asks.

"Not much. Just a lot of strange things happened." I say.

"Oh, well I'm heading out for a few hours." She says.

"Alright." I say.

"Oh, and there are two very nice young men downstairs." She says.

My heart drops.

"They said they wanted to see you choker collection." She says.

How weird.

They could've at least came up with a better reason to see me.

"Um, okay. I'll be down in a minute." I say.

"Well, you better hurry. They seemed a bit aggy." She says.

I laugh.

She closes the door, and I raise myself off of my bed.

I hear the front door close down stairs, and light thudding getting closer and closer to my bedroom.

The thudding stops, but it's followed by a light knock at my door.

I walk towards it, and open it.

Surely enough, it's the two people that I expected.

"Hello Poppy."
