-Julissa-
I sit at my desk, at staple the papers together. I sign my name on the back, and hold the papers in my hands. The papers that I have are for Bijorn. I can't live with him, if he continues to not talk to me.
I understand that he could be shy, but I have to know who I live with. I don't want to give him these papers, but my hands are tied with him.
He doesn't talk to me at all and that worries me. It worries me, because I have no clue who he is and what he could be up to. And since the aparment technically mine, I have the right to know who I'm living with.
I get up from the desk, and walk down the hallway. I knock on his door, but I doubt he hears me. The loud music playing drowns out my light knocks.
I bang on the door, and the music stops. I hear him get up from the bed, and walk towards the door. He opens the door, and rolls his eyes.
"What!" He exclaims.
"Here." I say.
"What is this?" He asks.
"Your eviction notice." I say.
He looks at me with discourage. Almost like he's caught off guard. I kind of do feel bad for him, but I have to look out for myself.
"Why am I getting evicted?" He asks.
"You don't talk. I can't trust you." I say.
"You can't do that." He says.
"As legal owner of this apartment, I can do whatever the hell I want to." I say.
He huffs, as he flips through the pages.
"You have one week to pack up and find somewhere else to stay." I say.
I start to walk back to my room, but Bijorn grabs my wrist. I look down at my arm, then I look at him. I snatch my arm out of his grasp, and he looks shocked.
"Why are you so strong?" He asks, sarcastically.
"Stripper strength." I say.
"Look, what do I have to do for you to be able to trust me?" He asks.
"Just have a conversation with me, talk to me, text me. Do something so that I can trust you. Until then I no reason to keep someone that I don't know." I say.
"Well, what do you want to know?" He asks.
"I'll let you know, but right now I have to get to class." I say.
He nods, and closes the door.
"And stop blasting music all the time!"

"Guys don't forget, you have an exam on Tuesday, so make sure you study for it. And don't forget about your paper due on Sunday night. Class dismissed." My professor says.
I put my things in my book bag, and zip it up. I sling the back pack around my arm, and head for the door. I almost make it there, but someone calls my name.
"Julissa." The call out.
I look back to see Omar, Olivia's little brother. Even though they're twins, she's older than him by five minutes. He's much bigger than her, because he's a guy, obviously. I hate always running into him, being that every time I see him I have to lie to him.
He doesn't know that his sister and I work in the profession that we do. Olivia made me promise not to tell him, when she found out that I took classes with him. As a friend, I complied.
Just talking to him makes me feel bad, because I know things about his very own twin sister that he doesn't.
"Yes, Omar?" I ask, turning around.
"Do you have the notes from last class?" He asks.
"Uh, yea. They're at my apartment though." I say.
"Can I come by and get them?" He asks.
"Um, okay. I'll look out for you, but don't come between 10:30 and 4:30." I say.
"Why not?" He asks.
"Cause I said so." I say.
"Yes, ma'am." He says.
I nod my head and start to walk away, but he grabs my arm.
"Why are you grabbing me?" I ask.
"Well, you know that I basically grew up with you." He says.
"Yea." I say.
"And you know that youand my sister are like best friends." He says.
"What are you getting at, Omar?" I ask.
"Well, I'm just saying that I'm feeling you and I was hoping that you feel the same way." He says.
"Omar, I'm flattered but-"
"But you can't go there with me because you're friends with my sister." He says.
"That's not what I was gonna say." I say.
"Well what were you gonna say?" He asks.
"Between classes and my job I barely have time for myself. Let alone a significant other." I say.
"So what you're telling me is, that if you weren't so busy then I'd have a shot?" He asks.
"I never said that." I smile.
With that I walk away.

"Ladies, listen to me." Carlos says.
He called all the gurls to the dressing room for a meeting. He usually does this when he has big news, or someone is getting fired. He has a smile on his face, which means he has good news.
"Why are we here." A girl named, Ginger, says.
"Well, as you all know I've been the proud owner of this establishment for 20 plus years. But sadly my reign has come to an end. A developer has bought the company, and your new boss is here." He says.
A tall, dark haired man enters the dressing room. He looks to be about my age, or a bit older. He is very, very good looking. He stands with a certain composure about himself.
"Hello, ladies. I am Gerard, and I will be you guy's new boss." He says.
He speaks with a Spanish undertone. Like he grew up speaking spanish, but he speaks more English than anything. His voice is light and soft, but also demanding.
"I hope to have a great time working with all of you beautiful women." He says.
His eyes sweep over everyone, and land on me. He winks, and walks away.
"The new boss is cute." Olivia says.
"I guess."
