*The sequel to The Song of the Spirit Queen Enjoy ;)
In the forest dark, and all alone,
Far from the willow tree...
A princess searches for her home
And for her family.
Her father is dead, her mother is lost,
Her prince just a memory;
For in the war, she was the cost
To end the fight; to bring back peace!
Forever more, I'm all alone;
Never to be free!
Forever more, I'll stay alone;
Lest my curse ever break free!
In the forest dark, under the trees
Far from her castle home...
A princess cursed to never leave
And cursed to forever roam.
Invaders came, and brought a war
And left with such a prize:
The princess on their shady shores
She never got to say 'good bye'
Forever more, I'm all alone;
Never to be free!
Forever more, I'll be alone;
Such is the price of peace!
The vandals came, and took her away,
Her heart broken in two!
And if she leaves, they'll come to stay
And evermore continue their feud.
Her father is dead, her mother is lost.
Her prince just a memory!
For her kingdom, she will pay the cost!
Oh mourn the price of peace!
