Elsa:
I stomped my foot spreading thin ice on the ground. I froze the two fountains into ice sculptures and then made it snow.
The people started skating as I saw Anna struggling to approach me. I caught her and she said "I like the open gates."
"We are never closing them again" I replied.
I used my magic on her boots to make them skates.
"Elsa, they're beautiful, but you know i don't skate" she told me.
"Oh come on, you can do it!" I insisted, grabbing her hands and swept her across the ice.
She nearly fell but thanks to Olaf she didn't. "Thanks, Olaf!" I said to the cheerful snowman who was gliding along side with me and Anna.
After all the fun and skating, Anna and I found ourselves in my bed. Lying down, Anna laid herself beside me.
"Elsa?"
"Yes, Anna?"
"You're not going to shut me out again are you?" She looked at me with worry, fear even.
"Why do you ask? Of course not. I won't leave you again. Not now, not ever." I said as I hugged Anna tightly.
"Let's go drink some hot chocolate. Do you want some?" Anna offered.
"Sure. You go on ahead. I'm just going to change. I'll catch up."
"Are you sure??" Anna asked somehow worried.
"Yes, Anna. I will be there." I smiled at her and off she went.
I changed into my night gown. It was light blue in color and had puffy sleeves and white laces decorated near the waist line.
After changing, I walked my way to the kitchen. When I got there, Anna had just finished making our hot chocolate.
"Hi." I said to her.
"Hi. Oh- here's yours." She handed me a white mug.
"I added more marshmallows. Because I know that you like your hot cocoa with marshmallows." Anna chuckled.
"You remembered?" I was shocked that after all these years, she remembered.
"Of course." She said cheerfully.
We sat at the couch in the library and did some catching up.
"What were you doing while you were locked up in your room?" Anna asked.
"I was trying to control my powers so that I could not risk having to hurt you again. How about you? What were you doing when I locked myself up?"
"Well, I helped mama and papa with some chores in the palace. Since the staff was reduced, we didn't have enough people to do some of the chores."
"Oh..."
"But it's okay. I mean, you're... We're okay now, right?" Anna asked as she held my hand.
"Of course. Of course, we are." I assured her.
We talked and talked until there was nothing that we could talk about, so we finished our hot cocoa which was now cold.
"Can I sleep in your room tonight?" Anna asked, nervously.
"Sure. Why? Are you having some trouble sleeping?"
"No, not really. I just want to be with you. Is that okay?"
"Of course it is. You're my sister." I held her hand and we walked towards my room together.
"Good night, Anna."
"Good night, Elsa." said Anna as she snuggled beside me.
I brushed my hand in her hair.
She looked so calm and peaceful. It was different than what I saw a while ago. She was somewhat scared? worried? I don't know. But all I know is that I will never ever shut her out again.
I was about to sleep when Anna started mumbling and wincing.
"No... Elsa please, don't shut me out again..."
"Anna, it's okay. It's just a dream." I said as I held her closer to me, comforting her. "I'm not going to shut you out anymore."
I held Anna in my arms as if she was a baby who was crying. "Anna, I'm here. I promise to not shut you out ever again. And no matter where I go or where you may go, remember this..."
I took a deep breath and said, "I'm here for you, Anna. I'm here for you and I will never leave you. I'm here...forever."
Upon saying the last word, Anna was once again at peace. A slight smile decorated her face as she mumbled.
"Thank you, Elsa..."
I felt tears starting to roll down my cheeks. I smiled at my sister's peaceful face.
"No... Thank you, for being there for me." I said in reply. I closed my eyes and realized something.
I would not be who I am now, I would not be as strong as I am, as powerful as I am without Anna. She was the sunlight of my darkness. The happiness of my sorrow. The music of my silence and the summer of my winter.
Anna was there for me, even though I pushed her away. So I promise, to her and to myself that from now on, I'm going to be there for her as well.
I'm here for you, Anna. I'm here for you forever.
And after that, I fell asleep.
The End.
Hello! To all of you who read this story, thank you. So much. This was somehow just a retelling of Disney's Frozen. I just added some parts wherein I thought it would be necessary. I end my story here. I hope you liked it. I'm sad that it had to end so fast. D; But no worries. I also have another story. It's entitled 'It started with a Snowball'. It's frozen related. A crossover of RotG and Frozen. A Jelsa fanfic. It is sort of a book two to this story. So yeah. Thank you so much, again, for reading. Ü thank you for the time and support.. :3 ~karyned23
