Chapter 8 : Frozen Sadness

Elsa's P.o.v

I awoke from my slumber. I couldn't remember what exactly happened. Everything was vague. I looked around, there were dark colored walls and a small window showing the view of the frozen fjord.

I rushed towards the window but something held me back. "Uh!"

I was handcuffed, chained. I move over the chains and struggled to get a good look of the fjord.

I gasp. "No... What have I done?" I said out loud after seeing the frozen over fjord. Snow was everywhere.

There was a noise coming from outside the door. I gasp once more and payed attention to the man entering my dungeon cell.

It was the man that Anna wanted to marry. Prince Hans of the Southern Isles. "Why did you bring me here?" I asked him firmly.

"I couldn't just let them kill you." He said, gently. I could see that he was cold. He was shivering a bit.

"But I'm a danger to Arendelle, get Anna!" I ordered him.

"Anna has not yet returned." He replied.

I become overpowered by fear once more. "Anna, where are you?" I ask in the back of my mind.

"If you would just stop the winter, bring back summer. Please." Prince Hans tried to beg me.

"Don't you see? I can't." I answer with disappointment on my face.

Hans was shocked about the fact that I couldn't thaw the winter.

"You have to tell them to let me go!" I demanded.

"I will do what I can." He answered with concern. Then with that said, he left me in my cell, alone, once again.

After he left, the fact that Anna has not yet returned dawned on to me. "Anna be alright, please." Worrying for Anna caused my powers to reveal itself once more.

The handcuffs begin to be covered in ice. It quickly spread itself to the chains and on the walls as well. I tried to stop it but it won't budge.

Anna's P.o.v

Meanwhile, somewhere near Arendelle, Kristoff held me in his arms. I felt so weak and cold.

"Just hang in there." Kristoff said with concern as he placed his bonnet on my head.

I looked at him to acknowledge his action and smiled a little.

"Come on, buddy. Faster!" He instructed Sven as we were nearing the town of Arendelle.

Olaf was gliding on the snow, alongside with us when he suddenly lost control and started heading the wrong direction.

"Oh boy!" I can hear him say.

"I'll meet you back at the castle!" He shouted to us.

"Stay out of sight, Olaf!" Kristoff shouted back.

"I will!" Olaf replied.

We rode off towards the palace. I heard someone shout; "It's princess Anna!"

We were at the palace.

Kristoff lifted me up. I was shivering. "A-Are y-you g-gonna be o-okay??" I struggle to ask him.

"Don't worry about me." Kristoff replied with assurance.

I hear the gates open. "Anna! You had us worried sick!" Gerda told me.

"Milady!" I hear Kai say.

"Get her warm! And find Prince Hans immediately!" Kristoff demanded.

"We will, thank you." Kai replied.

"Make sure she's safe!" Kristoff added.

I look back at him. I see the worry on his face. "Thank you, Kristoff." I said in my head.

The gates closed, blocking my view of Kristoff and Sven.

Kai and Gerda accompanied me to Hans. "I have to get him to give me 'a true love's kiss'." I reminded myself.

Nooo! Kristoff don't leave Anna with Hans. Haha! What could Elsa be doing at this time? Ö Poor Anna, Poor Elsa, Poor Kristoff.. :(
