Chapter 7 "Blood vs. Love"

Cassandra

My crazy sister is bringing her dead douchebag of a boyfriend back to life. Somehow I don't wanna react anymore considering she wouldn't even care to what I would say but nevertheless I still did. If she's gonna do this she's gonna upset the balance of nature and some weird bad juju is gonna hit us or most likely her.

"Cataleya are you insane?!"
I was hysterical. Why wouldn't I be?!

"I prefer spontaneous" she replies calmly.

"Cataleya I know you miss him, and I know you want to be with him. But you don't want to upset the balance of nature cause if you do, it's gonna hit you hard and you can't do anything about it" I explained to her worried.

"I wouldn't be trying to bring him back if you hadn't killed him Cassandra! You took him away from me remember?! You got your chance to be happy here in Sagan falls and now it's My turn!! Try to stop me and I'll do something you might regret your entire vampire existence" she says getting out of the car.

Doesn't she get tired of that threat? It has been used for 300 years now, how bout she tries something new like 'I'm leaving you alone now'.
She does have a point but killing Nathan was for her own good...And mine.

"But killing all these people isn't gonna help bring him back" I coaxed trying to catch up with her.

"This town could use a wakeup call, don't you think?" She says smirking.

"What are you trying to prove? Yes you've made my life miserable and you're bringing Nathan back but why all the killings?"

I had to know, too many lives were lost and bloodshed for her own pleasure and I'm pretty sure that's not right.

"That's for me to know and for you to dot dot dot dot find out" she scorned leaving me.

After I dropped her off and I didn't even get a thank you for driving her home or for taking her to the dead witches house, ugh typical Cataleya. I couldn't just let her bring back Nathan cause I know it's wrong. But she misses the guy and it's my fault he's gone. Should I help her? Or should I not? But if I don't she would kill everyone I cared for and loved. I groaned thinking about the thought of her resurrecting Nathan.
Problems just keep piling up whenever Cataleya's around.

When I got home my sweet boyfriend was waiting for me at our front porch bringing flowers.

"Good evening love, and these are for you" he says giving me a peck on the lips while handing the flowers.

"Awwwwe you shouldn't have thanks Ethan" I replied with the best sweet smile I could pull off.

"Is something wrong? Are you ok?" He asks worried "No, no I'm fine" I said as I pulled my head down

I couldn't just tell him 'hey Ethan! I think we should break up cause my dead beat sister would probably rip your heart out once she realizes or finds out we're dating' ... nope I don't think so.

"Cassandra if you have any problems, you know you could talk to me right? Is someone bothering you?"

How long was I gonna keep up the lying? He is my boyfriend right? I think I should tell him.

"No Ethan, no one's bothering me, it's just that I did something really bad many years ago and somehow no matter what I do this sin never stopped haunting me" I say bursting in tears.
I couldn't keep it in any longer, I had to let it out, it was already eating me up inside.
