Today's was suppose to go to school but I didn't want to go due to my abilities, I got a text from Jace saying "babe can't wait to see you" I replied "yh sames :)" I had lie to him otherwise he would be upset and come to me instead of going to school and getting his grades I got out of bed and since I was by myself I made myself a iceboard and covered most of the house in ice so I could go down the stairs like a slope and glide to the kitchen as I finished I smoothed my board out and placed it at the top, I took a deep breath and pushed off it was amazing how fast I was going I saw the end of the slope where the front door was I curled around into the living room then into the kitchen I realised how was I going to stop I jumped off the board as I was heading for the kitchen wall the iceboard hit the wall causing it to shatter into thousands of pieces. I got up and since I jumped off I had a little graze on my right knee, I got a damp cloth and cleaned it up then I got rid if all the ice because I knew it was too dangerous now, throughout the day I was just making a snowflake appear and disappear in my hand then I heard a fast knock on my door I jumped up and answered it I opened the door to see a parcel left on my doorstep I looked around and no one was there I picked it up and took it inside and put it on the kitchen table, I sat down on the sofa and I must of fell to sleep. My phone started ringing and I saw it was Jace I was prepared to explain why I wasn't at college
J- Angel glad you picked up I know why you didn't come to college I understand
A- Jace what's wrong you seam panicked and out of breath
J- i know that you got a mystery parcel on your doorstep it is mine I had to get it sent to you for a reason look, open the parcel and there should be a wooden box with JW on the front that is my initials I'm coming over now Angel what ever you do Don't Open The Box!

As I took the box out of the parcel I saw around the edges that it was glowing neon blue I said "what is Jace what is he?" I heard a voice "shadowhunter I protect Dreamers like you" I turned around and I couldn't see him he grabbed my arm and said "you thought you was the only one, when I first saw you I knew you was abnormal not a mortal, the runes I knew what they meant in the first place I just followed my senses and found the book" I said "why didn't you tell me" he became visible "because I know you would react like this! you are never save Angel demons can look like any other person or being but can kill you can claim your sole in seconds, you have the purest sole on this planet without you the planet goes out of sync I have to keep you safe" I pulled away from him and ran into my room Jace opened my door and said "you needed to know I'm sorry Angel" he sat next to me on my bed and had some sort of pen in his hand he said "you need your sleep" I said "what's that in your hand it doesn't look human" he said "its a steel it's from my people" he held my hand and lifted it up to my face then drew a weird symbol in front of me and I just gazed at it he said "I'm sorry I have to do this" I started to go light headed as I kept looking then I fell asleep forgetting what Jace had told me.
I could smell a nice fried breakfast I felt a light tap on my shoulder "wake up babe I made you breakfast" I opened my eyes and sat up he placed it on my lap "Jace what did we do last night?" he said "we watched a few films then you felt tired and was falling asleep next to me so I carried you up here and I slept on the sofa" I looked at my phone it was a Tuesday I said "Jace we have college! we got to go" he stopped me from moving and said "no we don't I phoned up saying you was ill and I have to look after you" I realised and started eating again he got up as i finished and said "here let me wash up whilst you get changed" I said "okay thanks" I got out of bed and walked to my wardrobe and found my outfit it was a BE... shirt with leopard print jeans and I got my black knee high boots out. I could hear Jace banging pots and dishes downstairs as he was cleaning up, I had a big think on what hairstyle I should have I decided to have a fishtail plat I came out of my room and brushed my teeth and the rest of it, I only wear a little bit of make up like mascara, eye liner, lip gloss, foundation all the natural look.
I started to walk downstairs where I heard Jace say "you are not claiming her sole" I walked in and said "Jace what did you say?" He looked at me and I realised he had his headphones in just saying lyrics I guess he said "Im listening to music" I shrugged and walked back to the living room and picked up the book of runes I have read each rune thousands of times, I heard Jace said "Angel spirals" I didn't realise what he said until I looked down at my arms and saw I stood up and said "Jace go!" He said "No I'm not going anywhere" I tried to contain it but got the better of me going out of control and hitting Jace, he fell to the floor and i said "no, no, no not Jace why did I do it" I saw him going an ice white colour, I grabbed my book and flicked to the heal rune I read and it said I needed a steel and showed me a picture of it or I needed to reverse my abilities by melting his frozen heart, I decided to go with the second option I grabbed my pen and drew the heal rune on his chest right where is heart is I pressed my hand on the rune and thought of ice melting I could feel his pulse get slower and slower, he wasn't moving I let out a tear knowing I had lost him I felt the tear drop off my chin, I opened my eyes still all watery I saw that the tear drop had landed in the centre of the rune and dissolved I could see his chest moving and I felt his pulse and it was speeding up, my eyes widened his eyes fluttered open I said "welcome back Jace" he smiled then said "we are not alone" he tried to move but he was still hurt he said "get my seraph blade it's above the cupboard if anything moves say my name the blade will become active then kill the demon" I got up and found the sword it looked like a fragile crystal, I could hear Jace trying to move then I felt the kitchen go ice cold I moved slowly trying not to make a sound them I heard a dog bark from outside I looked out and saw it turning into a demon I screamed Jace said "Angel be quiet" but was too late it came through the window and I could here it say "pure sole, pure sole" it was close to me so I grabbed the sword and said "Jace Walker!" I striked the demon and it turned to ashes, I fell to the floor knowing I had done it.
I put the sword back where it was and helped Jace up he said "not bad didn't know you was good at that" I smiled "neither did I"
