Chapter 4

Y/n P.O.V.

The five of us headed out of me and Carlos dorm. We tried not to be seen by anyone, obviously we didn't because all these goody-two-shoes are asleep. We got to the museum in like 10 minutes. We walked up the stairs to the front of the museum. There was a guard sitting in a chair he then turned around and looked to where we were. I pushed Carlos and Jay to the side so he wouldn't see us. When we thought it was clear we looked back inside. "Nice to see you care." spoke Jay, who was at my right. "Yeah that's it, I pushed you to the side cause I care." I said with a pause. "Not because I didn't wanna be seen." I finished. "Whatever." he scoffed. I just giggled. Jay turned his attention towards the inside of the museum. "That's. Your mother's spinning wheel?" asked Jay while looked at a spinning wheel "Yeah kinda dorky." said the boy to my left. "YOU'RE dorky Carlos." "Speak for yourself y/n" he fired back while laughing. "Ha. Ha." I said whilst rolling my eyes but giggled again. "Magic spindle, do not linger, make my victim prick a finger." The guard just looked at the wheel. "Impressive." said Jay. "I got chills." said Carlos. "Shut up you two." I said "Prick the finger, Pick it deep, send my enemy fall asleep." the guard poked the needle and feels asleep. "Not so dorky now huh?" said Mal with a smirk. She tried opening the door but it was locked. "Stand. Back." said Jay. Mal then said another spell making the door open up. Jay went flying in the museum falling on the ground. "Haha, you coming?" asked Mal. "Ha, Idiot." Jay glared at me. I ran behind Carlos. "Ok, this time don't betray me." I said. Carlos turned around and grabbed me by the shoulders. "No please!" I begged. He didn't push me towards Jay, he hugged me. "Stop bothering y/n, Jay." I was probably blushing 50 shades of red. I heard Jay snicker then run off with the girls. "Um, thanks." I said looking up at Carlos. "No problem." he said. We started leaning in again. "Guys!" yelled Mal. "Are you serious!" I yelled. I realised I said that aloud. "Um..." I ran toward the rest of the group. I heard Carlos laughed behind he.

"Why do you two always stay behind or go ahead without us?" asked Evie with a smirk. "I don't know what you're talking about." I said . "Uh huh, yeah." said Jay. We kept walking until we found a room. It had statues of our parents in them. "Mommy?" asked Evie. "Killer" said Jay. "I'll never forget Mother's Day again." said Carlos. I looked at my mom. "Ugh" I said. I didn't really care. "Well, the wands not here. Let's bounce." I ran and jumped on Carlos back. He stumbled a little but got a hold of himself. "Hitching another ride?" he asked. "Yep" I said popping the 'p'.

Carlos kept walking until I felt he got tired, or just because I felt bad for always getting on his back. "Hey, let's sit." I told him. "Alright." I got off his back, and we sat down on a bench. I layed my head on his shoulder. He tensed up but then relaxed. "So, I wanted to ask you..." he started. "Yeah?" I said. "Do you want to-" "Guys come on, I found them wand." said Evie. "Dammit." whispered Carlos. I giggled. "Common." I told him. I grabbed his hand and led him towards the others.

Carlos P.O.V.

She's holding my hand. I blushed. We reached the rest of the group and they all looked at us. Y/n hadn't let go of my hand and noticed why they were staring. "Oh, yeah. Heh. Sorry..." she said. I scratched the back of my neck, and blushed but it was dark so no one saw. I hope. We put our attention back to the wand then, Mal said. "There it is." We walked down some stairs to be at the same level as the wand. "So how we gonna get it?" asked y/n. "Already ahead of ya." said Jay. He was on the other side facing us and he reached towards the wand. "Jay don't!" said Mal. He just smirked and didn't stop. "Jay if you don't fucking stop!" yelled y/n. He ignored them. He was about to get the wand when an alarm sounded and Jay flew backwards. We were all holding our ears or on their floor cause of the alarm. "JAY!" y/n yelled. "A force fail AND a siren?!" I asked/yelled. "That's a little excessive!" he yelled back. "Let's go!" yelled Mal. We ran down the stairs but I stopped cause the phone was ringing. "Hello? Uh, uh, just give me one second. One second." "Carlos hurry" I turned around to see y/n waiting for me. I smiled at her "Uh, yeah, yeah. No, false alarm. It was a malfunction in the, uh, 714 chip in the breadboard circuit." she started to giggle. I was confused. "Yeah. Ok. Say hi to the missus. Yeah, ok. Bye." I hung the phone up and turned to y/n. "Why were you laughing?" I asked y/n. "Oh, that? That's cause you were talking nerdy." I blushed. I started to laugh and we heard them guard coming. "Common!" I whispered at her. This time I grabbed her and led her but instead of walking, we ran.

*Timeskip back to the dorms*

Y/n P.O.V.

We reached our dorms and went inside. I changed into my PJs. Everyone stayed at our dorm. "So are all gonna stay?" I asked while sitting on my bed Carlos sat next to me. "If that's ok with y'all......" said Mal. "Duh." I said and then started giggling. "Let's do stuff!!!" I yelled. "Alright..." started Jay with a smirk.  Oh my god please no. Please no. Please!!! "Truth or Dare!" FUCK! "Ok, who's going first." asked Mal. "Oh, me!" said Evie." "Jay, truth or dare?" she asked him. "Truth." he replied. "Ha. Pussy." I snickered beside me Carlos laughed as well. "I wouldn't say shit y/n." he told me. "Yeah, ok." I scoffed. "Do you actually think Audrey is cute?" she asked. "I was just playing around with her. Not ugly, but not my type." he said. "Aw, Jay says something nice!" I exclaimed. "Shut up. Ok you know what? Y/n, Truth or Dare?" "Hmm. Dare." I should've said truth. I should've said truth! Jay snickered. "I dare you to kiss Carlos, for longer than 10 seconds." I picked my lips and blushed, hard. Mal and Evie smirked, and snickered. "Ok." I turned to face Carlos and smashed my lips onto his.
