Chapter 9

Y/n P.O.V.

When I entered Mal and Evies room I went to bathroom to do my make up. It wasn't a lot but since its really hard to do the eye liner perfectly on both sides it took me a while. Common' no one ever does it right the first time, right? I curled/straightened my hair and was gonna take a nap when the girl's stormed in the room. Mal looked furious. Oh yeah! The date! "What's up, Mal?" I said smirking. "Ben just asked me on a...." she took a deep breath and rolled her eyes. "A???" I asked. "...a date." she said angrily. I started to laugh uncomfortably. "Oh my god!" I said when I calmed down. She glared at me. "Ok ok, I'm sorry. Sorry..." I said giggling a little. "Then let's get ready? I'm done with my makeup but I don't know about the dress." "I already have a dress for a Mal." said Evie. "What? Why did you make me a dress?" asked Mal disgusted. "Just in case." she said smiling. "Y/n I got to work on your dress. I started on a dress for you before, I just have to finish it." said Evie facing towards me. "Alright, since I'm done with my makeup I can help you with yours." I said to Mal. "Ugh, fine." she said. "Common its not THAT bad." I laughed. "Yeah yeah, let's just get this over with." she said.

After 15 minutes I was done with Mals make up. "Done!" I said but on the other side of the room, at the same time, Evie said the same thing. "Perfect timing." I smiled. "Here you go." she handed me a black and red dress with some jewels on it. "Oh my god I love it!" I told her. She smiled. "Thanks, now go put it on!" I went to the bathroom and put on the dress. I also put on some black heels. I came out 3 minutes later and Evie squealed, I laughed. "Mal, now you." I said smirking. She groaned and went into the bathroom. "So you excited?" Evie asked me as we waited. "Yeah." "First date?" she asked with more enthusiasm. "Well yeah, I never dated anyone on the Isle." I gave her a smile then I laughed. "How's Chad?" I asked with a hint of venom. "Ugh, I'm sorry for my language, he's an ass. A no-good backstabbing son of a-." she paused and took a deep breath. "Woah." I said. "It's ok Evie." I put my hand on her shoulder calming her. "Sorry." she looked down. "It's ok, I agree with you though." I said, we started to laugh. "You guys are weird." said Mal coming out the bathroom. "I heard your conversation from in there." she laughed. "Mal! You look so beautiful!" I yelled. She looked startled. "Thanks." she said slowly. We walked to the mirror and looked at ourselves. "Aww, they grow up so fast..." we turned to face Evie. She had fake tears and looked like she was gonna burst out laughing- which we did. "You guys look beautiful." she sold us. "Thanks." we said in unison. We looked at each other and laughed again.

After our laughing fit, there was a knock on the door. "Which one is it?" I asked. "I'll check." asked Evie going to the door. "Hey Evie, is Mal here?" I heard Ben say. "Mal~!" she said in a singing voice. I snickered. "Go." I said in a whisper. She looked like she wanted death or something. When she got to the door they looked at each other for like, 5 seconds. "For the first time, I finally know the difference between pretty and beautiful." I heard Ben say. "Aww." I cooed quietly. Evie nudged me laughing herself. "Do you like bikes?" asked Ben handing her a helmet. "Yeah" she said taking it. They headed out and Mal looked at us with a 'save-me-please' face. After they left we giggled. Soon after Mal and Ben left there was another knock on them door. I gasped starting to freak out. "Oh my god, he's here!" I whisper-yelled. "Calm down, calm down, it's ok. He might blush a lot though. So..." I groaned at that. "Kidding..." see said smiling. I went over to open the door and saw Carlos standing there. He saw me and started to blush. "Hey there." I said starting to blush. "Hey..." he said back, he looked dazed. "Ready to go?" he asked me. I nodded my head smiling. "Common." he said taking my hand leading me outside.

After 5 minutes of walking we got to this place in the woods. He then blindfolded me. "Carlos?" I said a little confused. "Don't worry, it's a surprise that's why I blindfolded you." I heard him say from my right. He grabbed me from my waist and started to walk. I feel my face staring to heat up when he grabbed my waist. After walking for a minute or two we stopped. "Ready?" he asked me. I nodded my head again. He unblindfolded me and I saw:

"Oh my god this is so pretty!" I squealed. "Yeah? I thought it was nice. I found it playing around with dude one day." he said. There was what looked like a picnic to the left, I smile wide. "Wanna eat?" he asked me. "Yeah." I responded. We walked over to the picnic and started to eat. "Where did you get all this food?" I asked him. "I have my ways." he smiled. That smile is gonna kill me. "Ever dated someone?" he asked me out of no where as we sat down. "Nope." I said popping the 'p'. "Never have. You?" I asked. "Nah, not many girls on the Isle caught my eye." he replied. "Oh really?" I asked him smirking. I felt like I should play around. I started to crawl over to him since we were sitting. "What about me?" I asked him when I was starting to get on top of him. "I-I, um... Y-you..." I grabbed his shoulder and pushed him onto the ground. I was now on top of him with my hands in either side of his head. He was now a blushing mess. "Aww, Carlos your so cute went your flustered." I said starting to laugh. He pouted but then had a smirk in his face. "I hate you..." he mumbled, but he grabbed my face. "But you're too hot to be angry at." he finished. This time I was the one who blushed. He pulled my face down to his and said "Only one girl caught my eye in the Isle, you." he said and with that he connected our lips. We sat up not breaking the kiss, I was now sitting on his lap. I put my hand behind his neck, he put his around my waist pulling me closer. I started to play at little with his hair, twirling it around my finger. We kept kissing and I felt him lick my bottom lip asking for entrance. I denied playfully but he slid his hand down to my sides and tickled me. I started to giggle and he took the chance and stuck his tongue in my mouth. He explored ever inch of my mouth as I tangled my hand in his hair. We separated when we needed air. "Damn Carlos, didn't think you were that type of kisser." I said smirking. "Yeah." he said smiling. "So... I was wondering..." he said. "Yes?" I said with an innocent smile. He laughed, "Wanna be my girlfriend?" he asked. I squealed and gave him a hug making him fall down on floor, now laying down. "Yes!" I practically screamed. He started to laugh again. I grabbed him by the face like back at the game. "You said I was hot before, and I forgot to say that you're pretty hot yourself." he blushed. "Especially back there when you were dancing I swear if that song lasted any longer I would have melted." I said throwing my head backwards laughing. "Oh really?" he said smirking. "Yes..." I said groaning. "You were so freaking, UGH!" I said kissing him again. It was a sweet simple kiss. "By the way you were my first kiss and I haven't really kissed many people, but you are a pretty fucking good kisser." I told him. "You're not bad yourself." he said smirking. I blushed, "Shut Up". He laughed and gave me a hug. After that we talked for a while, ate obviously, and then went back to the dorms.
