"I told you I'm not hungry Simon." I slightly raised my left eyebrow to him as I sat on the couch.
"Your mum-" I quickly cut him off by turning my face to him, arms crossed in front of my chest.
"Stop treating me like a child Mr." I rolled my eyes and flashed a little smirk on my face.
"How old are you? 17? is that way to young-" once again I cut him off.
"I'm turning 18 in the next 3 months, stop it." I grabbed some fries from his bowl as he at beside me.
As much as I want to make him move to the other couch, I have no energy left to quarrel with this old man.
"I thought you're not hungry?" Simon smirked at me stupidly.
"It's from our fridge tho." I I slightly laughed and focused my attention to the telly.
It was a good 20 minutes of silence until Simon broke it.
"Wanna play game?"He asked, seeing from my peripheral view that he was staring at me.
"Now who's the big baby now?" I smirked at him, raising my left brow again.
"Not that kind of game you silly!" Simon's laughs filled my ears
I find it like a perfect harmony that goes well with his manly but caring figure.
Yes you heard it right. With these past few hours that we're together alone, I carefully examined him. Not as a fucking annoying teacher but a just an ordinary guy. I even noticed the small dimples that forms at the end of his small lips whenever he's smiling. The way his blue eyes brighten up whenever he's playing the piano. And how his thick eyebrows furrows whenever I quarrel with him. I am not that kind of girl who easily gets impressed, but stating the fact that Simon is a nice man doesn't mean I was awe-struck by him. I don't easily jump into conclusions.
"Lay the rules and what on earth I can gain from playing with an old man with a 5 year old mind like you Mr.?"
"Old man huh?" He smirked.
And why is he even smirking? Simon's really weird at most times.
"I'm almost half of your age and if I'm a child, you're an old man. A grandpa to be precised lol." I didn't notice I was laughing way too hard until I felt Simon harshly tickling my sides.
"Fucking get off of me! Aaaaaaah! Simon!!!!" I yelled out of frustrations that I was crying and laughing at the same time.
"I-I can't b-breathe Si..."I felt like my body was collapsing with the lost of air on my chest. My heart was aching as I try to inhale, but there were no oxygen that's coming inside my body.
I gripped on his arm as I furrowed my eyebrows. I saw how my palms are completely pale as my lips began to feel dry and chapped.
"Oh my God! Are you okay Adele? I'm really sorry." I felt Simon's arms wrapped around my shoulders as he help me to sat up.
Simon's panicking way to bad than me, he doesn't even stay calm on his seat.
"P-please... G-get my i-inhaler..." I pointed my bag that was laying on the other couch and Simon quickly took it.
"H-here... I'll be back." I was surprised with Simon's sudden gesture. He placed a soft kiss on my forehead as his left hand was cupping my cheeks. It was too quick for me to realize it.
Ignoring what had happened, I pumped my inhaler few times as I tried to calm down.
"I'm really sorry, I didn't-" Simon shyly said as he handed me a glass of water.
"Shh, shut up." I grabbed his hand and made him sat again by my side.
"I have an asthma, fucking weak isn't it?" I explained, seeing Simon's questioning face.
"That'll never happen again, I promise..." Simon bit his lower lip, looking like a lost puppy.
"Just get me some ice cream, I won't tell mum." I smirked as I gently pushed him away.
Simon playfully rolled his eyes before he stood up, following my request.
"Simon..."
"Yes Del?"
Fuck that nickname
"What about the game?" I asked.
"Later." He smiled and winked.
"Swampy!" I joked.
