Chapter 11

          "Hey sweetie, have you talked to that nice boy yet?" My mom asked sweetly as she opened my bedroom door.

"What boy?" I asked, trying to seem innocent as I felt Jake stiffen beside me.

"The one named Aiden who wanted to ask you out" She said but seemed to notice how angry Jake got. "I'll umm, leave you two alone now."

"I can explain."

"Explain what?"Jake asked angrily as he moved his legs off of me and sat beside me.

"I didn't do anything wrong I swear! It's just that a few days after the day that you were a douche to me I went home and my mom said that Aiden dropped by to ask me on a date but I wasn't home yet and I said I would talk to him but I promise I haven't yet!" I ranted quickly and took a deep breath as soon as I finished.

" So you're not going on a date with him, right?" Jake asked cautiously, almost sadly.

"Of course not!" I exclaimed quickly and loudly,"You aren't mad, are you?" 

"Not at you, I just wish that Aiden would leave you alone..."He sighed and looked down while fiddling with his hands.

"Well it doesn't matter because I don't like him, I only like you." I said while moving his chin so he looked at me.

"Are we boyfriends?" He asked suddenly and quickly.

"D-do you want to be?"I asked timidly.

"Well of course! I have since I came out, I just didn't know if you wanted to..." He said seeming embarrassed that he thought I wouldn't want to date him.

"Idiot."I mumbled while leaning over and placing my lips on his.

Don't you just love mornings? Sorry sarcasm again, Aiden keeps texting me but I don't like him that way and I also don't want to tell Jake that he has been texting me because than he'll get upset. God girls are right, boys are stupid.

Currently i'm walking to school, in the rain, without a jacket. I swear i'm even dumber than usual in the mornings.

I get to school completely soaked in water and walk to my locker with my head down, knowing that Jake and Roxy are both going to chew me out for not wearing a coat .As I open my locker I hear Jake's familiar voice.

"Baby! You're all wet!" He exclaimed as he wrapped me up in his arms."Why the hell are you not wearing a jacket?"

"I forgot?" I said unsurely."I'm fine though."

"You are not fine!"He said loudly while grabbing a sweatshirt out of his bag and handing it to me. He forced me to wear it even when I tried giving it back to him.

"Thank you." I said as I went to kiss him on the cheek but got interrupted by my phone beeping loudly. 

I pulled my phone out of my back pocket and turned it on while groaning loudly.

Hey babe, hope you aren't too cold without my arms to warm you up ;) -Annoying Aiden

Actually I have my bf's arms to warm me up so i'm just fine.-Me

"Who are you texting?" Jake asked with a hint of jealousy in his voice.

"Promise not to freak out?" I asked and he nodded slowing.

I showed him my phone that was open to the text that Aiden just sent me and my reply to him.

"What the hell! Why would he even send that to you!" Jake asked angrily.

"Babe!"I whined, "you promised not to freak out!"

"I know i'm sorry, I just want him to go away." He sighed while pouting.

"Me too, but like I said I don't even like him that way." My phone went off as I was trying to reassure Jake so I just ignored the new text and put my phone on silent.

Jake smiled happily when he saw me put it on silent. He took my hand and we went to his locker to drop off his bag so that we could go to class.
