Ten years has passed and our family has been great. There were ups and downs but nothing too Horrifically terrible.
Dimitri and I aren't back together. Mason and I are still as thick as thieves and Lissa and Chris got married and they all graduated last year.
I've even been crowned queen with Dimitri as my main guardian. I even solved the relationships that are dhampire with dhampire couples.
I've even let Dimitri spend time with Kaden. Since our little family is immortal and we have no need off sleep Dimitri discuss things like 'us', more kids' and 'kayden'.
We may not be together but that doesn't mean we've given up it just means we need time or be OK with what happened between the two of us in the years we've been apart.
