I don't know how I forgot to mention my best friend. Sarah has been my friend since first grade. She is 14, just like me, and we don't see all the drama in school. We just go along playing four square.

The thing that is so cool about Sarah is she is so creative. She can draw, trace, color, and always has the most creative ideas.

One day, we were walking and talking at recess and she said, "Why don't we ask to play four square with Emma and Allison? I mean, they don't get in with all of the drama of school, and they are super smart." I thought a while, and I figured that would be OK. We went over to them and said hi. They immediatly said hi and we started hanging out.

Later that week, "Blehnifer" Jenifer walked up to us. She had a boyfriend (Jonas) and was the most popular girl in 6th grade! She said, "Lily, can I talk to you for a minute," she glared at my friends, "alone?" I could tell by her tone that it wasn't a question.

I followed her over to the tree she pointed too. She then looked me right in the eye and spoke. "OK don't you DARE ever even look at Jonas ever again! Stop trying to steal my boyfriend because if he dates you, you will get the wrath of me. Plus, you don't deserve someone as sweet as him. You are a big nobody Lily, so stop trying to be cool!" Her face is steaming now. I look at her blankly, at a loss of words. She stalks off and I slowly head back to my group.

"What was that all about?" Allison asks. "I don't know...." I muttered.

I turn to see where Blehnifer is and find her next to Jonas. Then I noticed Jonas was looking at me weirdly. "Um, hello? Lily? it's your turn in four square!" Sarah said, waving her hand in front of my face. I snap back to life, and go to my square in a daze.
