~ Nimmi's POV ~
Anand and I were packing their things in the car.
"Got everything?" Anand asked as he positioned himself to close the boot.
"Yeah. All the bag out, all the electricity turned off, windows closed and doors locked. Yeah, we're good!" I said.
"Great! Let's go!" Anand said as he closed the boot and entered the car. We reached Mama's house after an hour.
We walked up to the door and knocked. Mama opened the door and a wide smile appeared on her face.
"Mama!" I gave Mama a tight hug.
"My baby! How are you?" Mama asked.
"I'm fine." I said.
"Anand? How are you?" Mama asked.
"I'm good. Thank you!" Anand replied.
"Why are you guys standing outside? Come in! Anand, your parents are already here." Mama said as we went in.
"Ma! Dad!" Anand exclaimed and hugged them.
"How are you my son?" Mrs Anisha asked.
"I'm good Ma." Anand said.
I went over to take their blessings.
"How are you Nimmi? Your mother and I heard what happened. Stay strong okay?" Mrs Anisha said.
"Thank you Ma. I appreciate it." I said.
"Since they are here, let's have lunch!" Mama said and we all agreed.
