Shantanu left for the Desihoppers team rehearsals after his interview with Vrushika. He was a bit disturbed but thought of going for the rehearsals as dance had always been a means to release all his emotions.
At the rehearsal hall:
The team was busy rehearsing for the upcoming event but Shantanu was unable to concentrate on his dance moves and kept on making mistakes. After a while, he was frustrated to the core as he was unable to focus on his dance. While he was fighting with his emotions , two pairs of eyes were watching him trying to understand why their calm and composed friend was so frustrated and restless today. The 2 people watching him were none other than his best friends Maccy and Nimit.
Maccy: Nimit, he seem to be really disturbed dude
Nimit: Yeah. I haven't seen him so frustrated since the Bindaas Naach days.
Maccy: I am really not sure what is disturbing him. He has not signed up any new projects, the crew is doing great and all his latest projects have been a huge success.
Nimit: Right. He also seemed to be really excited because he had a chance to celebrate his birthday with his well wishers.
Maccy: Whatever it is has happened today because he was alright till yesterday.
Nimit: Well, as far as I know he had couple of interviews scheduled for today and one of them was a joint IV with Vrushy.
Maccy: Well, did something happen between them?
Nimit: The only person who can answer this question is him. Lets call it a day and stop the rehearsal before the entire troop start to notice the changes in him.
Maccy: Ok
Maccy soon call off the rehearsals for the day informing the troupe that they have some important work and will continue tomorrow.
As soon as the team leave the rehearsal hall, Nimit and Maccy go and sit beside Shantanu who was silently sitting in one corner of the room lost in his thought.
Maccy: Tannu
There was no response
Nimit: Tannu
Still no response from Shantanu
Nimit and Maccy: SHANTANU
Shantanu looks at them startled by the loud sound.
Shantanu: WHAT? Why are you guys shouting?
Maccy: Well, we have been calling you for some time now but you were not responding.
Shantanu: Oh, Ok. I am sorry. I was thinking about something.
Nimit: Yes, that what we want to know. What is going on in your mind that you can't even concentrate on your first love, dance.
