It's his first meeting, and not knowing what to expect, he prepares for the worst. Grabbing every ninja weapon he could get his hands on, before Rogue confiscates each one, Sting sets out for the monthly Guild Master's Meeting.
Rogue agrees to be his friend's traveling companion, and it is at this very moment we find our two tigers.
The Guild Masters are all seated at a round table, with Makarov dealing out the cards, for a nice game of poker. Chips passed out based on each guild's debt. The rule based on this: regular poker, except the winner with the most chips at the end of the game, can pass three-quarters of their debt onto another guild.
Makarov: So, Sting. Since you're new and all. No cheating.
Sting: Right. *sweating bullets*
Off to the side, watching the game is Rogue, Bacchus Groh, Jura Neekis, Mirajane Strauss, and Ichiya Vandalay Kotobuki.
Once the game goes on, Rogue and Sting begin to notice one common thing. The other guild masters are dirty rotten cheaters.
Mira places a hand on Rogue's shoulder, as a friendly gesture. "Don't worry, knowing Master Makarov, he'll end up passing it onto the other three evenly."
Despite her kind words, Rogue was in utter disbelief at the display before him.
Bacchus: Wild!!!!
Ichiya: Men!!!!
Jura: Obabasaama-dono...not again.
Sting: I am doomed.
Goldmine: You're a dirty thief, Makarov!!!
Obabasaama: Like you're any better! I'll twirl you to reveal all those cards up that hat!
Makarov: Ohohoho! It's good to be back.
Bob: it's so nice to have such a cutie at the table! Oohuehue huehue hue! *girlish giggle*
Sting: *thinks* Why me?
