Chapter Twenty

"I really don't get it." Hyorin kicked a rock then twisted her hair. "Get what?" You mumbled. "Yah, (y/u) you're thinking the same thing right?" She asked annoyingly. "Please Hyorin don't star-"

"I MEAN HONESTLY out of all days did we have to go meet at the beach!?"  Hyorin screeched out like a bird. You rolled your eyes and huffed.

"It's not the guys fault your having cramps Hyo..." You mumbled.

She glared at you sharply, "Say that again and this friendship is over with."

You laughed at her as she turned her head away. You guys were walking on a road that led to a short cut towards the beach.

It was 9 pm exact at night. But the sky still seemed so bright and beautiful with the stars in it.

A few of the guys invited you to hangout and have some food and drinks with them.

Although you don't drink.. You thought it would be okay to at least come.

As you arrived you both were greeted with bright smiles. Among them were Namjoon, Kai, Lay, and Sehun.

Although the warmest smile was Luhan's...

You all greeted each other as you and Hyorin sat in the chairs placed in the sand.

"Turn that frowny upside downy.." A gentle voice whispered in your ear teasingly.

"Ah, Lay!" You shouted while poking his cheek. He smiled at you happily then cuffed his chin into his hand.

"Been awhile huh?" He questioned while patting your head. "We have class together silly...I guess your right though." You mumbled.

The silence was broken between you two once Kai yelled out.
"ITS TIME TO PARTYYYYY!" Everyone looked at him and Namjoon weirdly as they began to dance.

Namjoon caught your eye with his somehow weird octopus-like moves..

You eyed him then just giggled. It was then you felt two arms wrap around your neck lightly.

"Miss me?" He whispered. "Oh, sorry Lu I didn't say hi..." You chuckled shyly. Luhan blew his hair as if he was upset.

"So you can say hi to everyone but me now..no fair." He started to act like he was sad.

You couldn't help but smile a little. "Of course not stupid." You rolled your eyes. Luhan lifted a brow.

"This rolling your eyes thing.... Is it just you and Sehun who does this..?" He mumbled. He's so weird...

Luhan was going to try and roll his eyes to but stopped once his eyes landed on Lay. He cleared his throat trying not to make things awkward.

"Sup."
He said.
Lay smiled, "Hi Hyung."

They stared at each other awkwardly until Lay got up. He cleared his pants from the sand then came near you. "Well then, guess we'll talk later (y/u)." He showed you that dimple once more then ruffed up your hair before walking away.

"Later?" Luhan questioned you.
"We were just talking silly." You eyed him. "Feeling jealous~." You teased earning a glare back from him. "Sorry I don't know what being jealous is." Luhan shot back.

He's such a horrible liar ....

As the night became darker and darker the more the stars began to come out.

Sitting there you looked up at the sky. Listening to the music coming from the small speakers you felt so happy and calm at that moment.

Until...

"Why can't you just do it yourself!?" Namjoon yelled on the phone.
Everyone looked over confusingly. Even the sleeping Hyorin laying on Sehun's shoulder woke up out of her sleep.

"I told you already... I'm busy." Namjoon sighed out.

After a moment of silence he ended the call with a

"I'll be there."

As he turned around he smiled at everyone. "Sorry guys my annoying sister needs me." Namjoon chuckled shyly.

"YOUR SISTER!" Kai shouted out in excitement.

He cleared his throat then smirked. "You sure she doesn't need me to?" He winked at Joon who looked at him disgustingly.

"Look, I don't have time for you I gotta go." Namjoon said while taking his keys out his pocket.

"NEXT TIME BRING YOUR SEXY AS- I mean your sister around okay!?!" Kai yelled out.

"Shut up..." Joon mumbled while getting into his car.

Everyone looked at him then chuckled a tiny bit.

"Why are you so pressed about his sister?" Sehun mumbled. Kai glared at him then puckered his lips.

"No reason,"
