Come with me Candy. I want you too see something that may set your mind at ease.

She hesitates as she takes my hands then in a flash we're standing on my land in the sky.

Where are we?

We're on my land. This is where I want my castle. We're far from France and way above any other land formation.

Wait, what? How? Land doesn't just float.

She rambles but I snicker as I push my wings out and grab a hold of her taking her for a flight around my island in the sky. At first she let out a scream then a giggle when she sees all the beauty surrounding us.

Wow, you get to see this all the time. Its amazing how the land just floats there unmoving. It's like it was meant for you.

I land putting her down gently then stand beside her tucking my wings.

It was. I put it here. I want to build a staircase leading down to the land below so I can put my castle here. I just have to figure it how to do it.

Her mind spins for a moment about a few different things then lands on one.

Well what about France? Don't you want to be their next queen? You are the princess and next in line.

Her words come out concerned but also irritated. Thus, allowing me to see exactly what is bothering her.

You don't have to worry about me taking Karlen's place Candy. I don't want to be queen. I never have. My mother and her mate Peter have raised me as a princess and I've never felt the part nor wanted it.

She lightly laughed shaking her head.

How funny is that? Daniel never wanted to be king either. His cousin Christopher would've been king and then his brother but their parents passed the crown over to Daniels parents after they passed away. They vowed to never let another War's wear a Walters crown so they relinquished their rights over to Daniels parents. I met Daniel right after your mother and he had the affair but I didn't realize there would be such a huge ordeal. Who would've thought a child was going to be born....

Her mind wonders off as she stops talking and stands there thinking so I look at the empty lot wondering what could be done to fix our problem.

So do you know what you want your castle to look like or the stairs?

I smile being brought back to the earlier conversation and start explaining my dream castle but it's easier to imagine it then show her them to explain it so I picture it then show her images through her mind.

Wow that was awesome. That's a neat talent. You could do a lot of good... And bad with that.

I laugh but wave my arms around at my land.

I'm not a bad vamp. I don't try to harm others. Now you know what I want to do here. What do you think?

She smiles then waves her hands telling me to step behind her so she can show me something. I move to her back right side and watch as she wiggles her fingers then boom stairs start forming one by one. After the stairs finished she turns to the empty space where my castle would stand but her face turns red so I touched her arm copying her talent.

You look worn out, here let me help.

She gives me an off look as she continues but I follow her lead watching her mental notes learning how to use my new talent. After a brief moment I have it and we're pulling a castle out of the ground.
