Battle High: Not your ordinary High School
Battle twelve
interogation
Cloud blinked, "Lilly?"
The door burst open as Cloud kicked it. Prism and Primrose jumped. The two of them noticed that Cloud was carrying Lilly; they were positive that the two of them had walked down to the bathroom in a hurry when Lilly had stabbed her hand only a few minutes ago. So why was she having to be carried by Cloud back into the room who seemed to be very distressed.
"What happened to her?," Prism asked, rushing over.
"I..don’t..even..," Cloud said eyes wider than usual, from the sound of his voice he sounded more worried that usual.
"She just...passed out..," Cloud said looking around at the two other girls.
"Cloud has emotions?," Primrose absently asked, this was most definitely an odd day for her.
"Shut up! Just...what do I do?!," he asked angrily.
Lilly could hear voices around her as she felt her temperature rise even higher making her feel as though she was burning hotter than the sun. Whatever was making this fever rise so fast wasn’t good in any way possible, there had to be some way of stopping this fever. Lilly didn’t bother trying to figure out a reason or even a possible solution to stop it, her head only hurt worse with every plan that came into her head.
'W-what happened...what is going to happen?..,' she thought weakly. Lilly slowly opened her eyes, they were filled with pain from her fever and she tried to look around but found it only made her worse.
"...W-where...am...I?..," she asked weakly.
Cloud looked down at Lilly with worried eyes when she opened her eyes, "In the office again. Are you okay?"
"..The office?..," she heard Cloud answer her as she repeated it back to him, but didn’t have the energy to say much more than that for the moment. Prism pulled two chairs next to each other and Cloud laid Lilly down across them.
"God, she's so warm..," he said as he touched her head.
He looked at Prism for help, "Why is she so warm?"
"How should I know?"
"You’re the older one!"
"So?!”
"Do something!"
"You always did everything!"
"That doesn’t matter right now!"
"GUYS!," Primrose interrupted, "She's got a fever, you idiots."
Primrose looked at Lilly, "Why would you be sick?"
Lilly moved her head the best she could and put her arm over her face to dim the lights around her. She tried to think of something the best she could with her head being all foggy from her new illness. She had never been this sick before, even she had been sick she had still been able to fight and accomplish her missions, but this time it was different. Lilly was left in such a defenseless manner she wouldn’t be able to fight back properly and more than likely would die if she ever got into a fight unless she somehow pushed herself further than she normally would.
"I-I don't know...I wasn't near anything that could get me sick or anyone..," Lilly explained and gave a rough cough as she then realized another reason that could’ve caused this.
"..N-not unless it was that damned liquid," Lilly said with slightly wide eyes at the realization.
Cloud tilted his head to the side, "Liquid?"
