(Ingrid's POV)

Last night, after dishing everything out to Scott, I felt a lot better.  He have a rehearsal today and he wanted me to come with.  It is time to step out my little bubble, and try to talk to someone else other than Scott or myself.

(Scott's POV)

After breakfast, I drove Ingrid to the building that Pentatonix always have rehearsals in.  We took the elevator to the 5th floor.

I'm glad she's finally letting someone else into her life, she needed friends to share things with.

Stepping out of the elevator, we walked down the hallway.  Then I noticed Ingrid's looking down this whole time when she was walking.

(Ingrid's POV)

"You should hold your head up."  Scott said to me.

I held my head up, but still avoiding eye contacts.

We were finally there, and Scott opened to door.  Revealing four people standing in circles inside.

They all turned their heads at the same time when the door opened.

"Hey, look who's here." Kevin came up to Scott and gave him a hug, and so did Avi, Mitch and Kirstie.

"Guys, this is Ingrid." He stepped aside a bit since I was hiding behind him.

"Hey, Ingrid." They all greeted me.

Gosh, they are all looking at me.  I should probably say something or else I would let Scott down.

"Nice...nice to, uh.." I was shaking so badly.

I have to run away, like right now.

I turned around and just ran as fast as I could.

(Scott's POV)

"Ingrid!" I shouted.

I can't believe she just stormed out like this.  I should go after her.

I saw her ran into the ladies room so I went back to the room and asked Kirstie to go in there.

"You should stay here Scott, I'll try to talk to her." Kirstie said.

I nodded.

I hope Ingrid is alright.  I want her to have a social life, to have some friends to share things with.

(Ingrid's POV)

I hid in one of the stalls in the restroom.   Suddenly, I heard someone came in.

"Ingrid, please come out of there.  It's alright, don't be afraid."

I heard a woman's voice.  Must be Kirstie's.

"Ingrid's...not..not here." Oh, who am I kidding.

She walks towards the stall that I'm in.

"What do you enjoy doing the most?" Kirstie asked.

I like to dance.  I took ballet class when I was little.  Now, I still dance when I was alone.  Do you like to dance?

I answered her in my mind. I even asked her a question.

"Well, I used to paint a lot.  But now I usually  busy  the whole time so I don't do that anymore.  Oh, and I like to go shopping too.  Maybe we could go together sometime, it would be fun."

I could use some new clothes.  Yeah, I'm in.

If I could say it out loud and stop being a wuss.

I can tell by her shoes and her voice.  She's facing me, but there's a wall between us.

"Do you like to sing?"

Yes!! Yes I do like to sing.

She sighed.  I let her down, didn't I?

She knocked on my door.

"Ingrid, please." She started singing.

"I know you're in there.

People are asking where you've been.

They say have courage and you're trying to.

I'm right out here for you.

Just let me in.

We only have each other it's just you and me.

What are we gonna do-"

"Do you wanna build a snowman?" I opened the door while singing.

kirstie pulled me into a hug.

"Hey, I'm proud of you." She whispered in my ear.

"Thank you, Kirstie." I whispered back.  I wasn't afraid anymore.

"And yeah, let's go shopping someday. I need some new clothes." I pulled away and said.

"Yaaas! I know some great shops, and I know what will look sexy on you! How about tomorrow afternoon, ya free?"

"As a bird. Hey, do you like to dance?"

We chatted our way back to the rehearsal  room.  Kirstie is so kind, and pretty.  I'm looking forward to get to know her better.
