Chapter Five ~ Telling Mother Until It's Ruined
Two days and 1 hour since the deal was made and hell opened its gate for me. Walking through the familiar grounds and pushing my breath out my mouth, seeing it in the cold, moist morning.
Monday morning, I'm meant to be at work but I have phoned that I'm ill. Even though my father knows the reason why I'm actually off. My legs wrapped in warm leggings and warm fluffy boots, my top half covered in a white top and warm wooly jumper. My hair in its high messy bun, gently blowing in the city outskirts gentle breeze.
Trees like dancers, swiftly moving with the leaves spinning like ballroom dancers. The blue sky peeping out with white clouds appearing like magic. Fresh grass growing, neatly cut and trimmed, the stone path causing the crunching sound from underneath my shoes. Grey gravestones from people who we have lost, from young to old, women to men, children to adults or friends to family.
My movements pacing to a slow stumble, I reach my destination. I turn my body to face the gravestone I've come to known. A small smile appearing on my face and my tearer eyes increasing. It's old flowers slowly dying from the last time I visited which was about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Placing the tender flowers once removing the old ones, the pure white tulips standing out boldly. Her favourite.
On the gravestone holds the very thing which makes me want to cry, makes me remember my past.

My mother, my dearest and loving mother lies here in her grave. A small sob escapes my lips and I sit cross legged in front of her.
"Hi mummy" I sniffle, trying to hold it together, "well you wouldn't believe what's going on since the last time I saw you" I let loose a small laugh. "A lot has happened" I smile and look down.
Looking round I see no one, the city countryside being fresh and full of emotions. More tears build in my eyes but I don't let any loose. Looking back to my mums grave a small smile forms, another sniffle also breaks free.
"Well for a start the weather hasn't changed" I do a small laugh. "And I'm engaged" I mumble that last part out.
The breeze picks up and my smile seems to grow. It makes me feel like she's here with me when something like this happens. It makes me feel happier.
"I know, but it wasn't a normal engagement. Actually I'm not engaged yet, I'm soon to be as I signed I contact and I don't want this" a small cry comes out of me. "What do I do?" I say and the wind seems to calm.
I stare at the grave for what feels like years, in fact it's been a minute from looking at my watch.
"I wish you were still here" I mumble and hear my phone buzz, it's a phone call. Pressing the answer button I hear my fathers voice.
"Yes dad?" I say, hiding the sniffle in my voice.
"I'm sorry for disturbing you princess but we need you here" he informs me and I sit there puzzled.
"Why? What's the problem?" I ask him over the phone and hear voices talking from the phone. "Where are you?" I ask him.
"I'm at home princess as I left work because a special someone is here" he sighs and my eye brows narrow.
