Today we're finding out the gender of our baby, Luke and I are majorly excited. We decided that we'd have my best friend know the gender and let her pick the way we find out.
We gave her the week to figure out and plan a party. Today she called and told us she had everything ready and to come over to her house. Luke and I drove to her house, we knocked on the door waiting for her to answer which she does a minute later. "Hey are you guys excited to find out?" she asked smiling. We nodded and followed her out to the backyard which was decorated in pink and boy decorations.
I smiled seeing most of our loved ones there to witness what the gender of our baby is. For the first hour we talked and ate lunch having a great time.
Then the moment of truth arrived.
Hanging on a tree branch was a silver heart pinata we all gathered around. "So I think it's only fair to let (Y/N) and Luke first then anybody who wants too" (Y/bestfriends/N) said. Everyone nodded.
Luke handed me the bat and said "You can go first babe." I smiled grabbing the bat before taking the first swing making a little dent. Luke went next then the kids. Once it was Liz's turn she swung the bat hitting the pinata, making it break open and blue confetti to fall out.
I gasped and hugged Luke who had tears of joy in his eyes. Everyone clapped and screamed "It's a boy."

Michael Clifford:
Today we're at Michael's parents house getting ready to find out what we're having. His parents set up and invited people to see the gender reveal.
We were all outback having a barbecue, talking and eating. People took turns guessing the genders. It was relaxing just having a good time when Karen spoke up "It's time to find out the genders of the babies. (Y/N) your going to throw this ball filled with pink or blue coloured powder and Michael is going hit it with a bat well try to."
We nodded, she handed Michael the bat and me the first colour filled ball we got ready. "You ready Mikey?" I asked. He nodded and I threw it, he hit it making it bust open and blue powder explode out of it. "Baby A is a Boy" I squealed running to Michael and hugging him.

(Michael's POV)
I can't believe I'm having a boy (Y/N) hugged me smiling which made me smile.
My dad said "How about we hug later and find out what baby B is." We nodded in agreement (Y/N) walking away my mom handing her the second colour filled ball. I got the bat ready to swing. "You ready?" (Y/N) asked sweetly. I nodded and said "Of course babe."
She threw the ball I swung the bat hitting it making pink powder explode from it. I smiled knowing I was getting the little girl I've always wanted. "It's a girl" I said running to (Y/N) and hugging her. She had tears in her eyes "I can't believe we're having one of each" she smiled, I nodded in agreement.
