The storm was over and we were sent back to the cabin to sleep. I was thinking about Ashley, i wanted to ask her about the whole thing but didnt know how. Just ask her!  I yelled at myself.

We walked in to the cabin and i walked up to Ashley, theres no going back now. I sighed and tapped her shoulder, "Ashley i need to talk to you." Her eyes widened and she looked at me, "Lets move this outside." She grabbed my arm and we walked out in front of the cabin, once we were out there she looked at me waiting. "Well... when the first kid was taken," i paused and took a deep breath.  "Well there should have been an empty bed but you filled it and now.." She put her hand on my shoulder "I should have told you earlier." She sat down and patted the ground next to her for me to sit. "This is going to be a crazy story." I thought about it for a second, "I think i can handle it." She sighed, "Well in that case, where do i start.

I was a camper just like you, i was here in this place trying to survive. I did everything i could to get back home to my mom, she was sick, being treated and going through chemo." As she talked my heart started to beat faster, "I did everything, i killed five fellow campers for a chance to escape. I was being stupid and ignorant." Tears swelled in her eyes, "there were three of us left, we went to play out final game at the pool. It was simple, swim across the pool and don't be the last. I was a champion swimmer at home so this was easy, it came to the final round me and another girl. Her name was Cara she was partially deaf in one ear so it made it hard for her. Candice blew the whistle and we swam, i was the winner. I survived, Candice congratulated me for my keen survival skills." Ashley was sobbing as she spoke, "i was finally going home at least thats what i thought, i swam over to the edge of the pool to get out but before i could Candice blew a whistle and the surface became a glass ceiling, trapping me inside. She watched me as i drowned, there was no hope i didn't even fight it. I thought i had died and was going to a better place but i found my self standing on the edge of the pool next to Candice. She said i was a ghost,  a lost soul to remain here forever."

Ashley dropped her head into her knees, i wrapped my arms around her and hugged her tight. "That sounds awful, I'm so sorry i had no idea." I felt bad for making her tell me. "So this means your a ghost?" I was still confused, Ashley picked herself off the ground and nodded before walking back into the cabin.

I could barley sleep that night i kept having a nightmare that i was watching my friends drown, dreams usually predict something in the future i think this time i was just scared. The though that no matter how hard you tried no matter what you did even if you followed the ruled to a t, no one will get out of here alive.

I sat there completely awake when i heard foot steps coming towards the cabin, i ducked under my blanked and made a little peep hole. The door opened slowly and a head poked out and they started to walk in, with my night vision i could see perfectly it was Ron. What does he want now! He turned towards me it paralyzed me. "Reese i know your not asleep." He smiled as he got closer, "you seem like the kind of person who wants to know whats going on." Who doesn't? Was all i could think of. "Come on Reese don't you want to know how?" He grinned as i sat up, i wasn't scared of dying anymore as now i knew i wasn't getting out alive anyways. "Ahh i knew that would work." He laughed a bit, "Come to the common building and ill show you." I just shrugged, still didn't care if i died.

I slid out of my bed and followed Ron into the night, maybe this wasn't a very good idea. Thoughts grew in my head of what could happen, i tried to not think about it but i couldn't help it.

We entered the common building, he didn't stop moving he kept walking not saying a word.  He walked down the same hallway he went into earlier. We walked forever till he finally stopped in front of a door. The door was tall and deep brown with a red doorknob. He held his hand over the center of the door and after a few seconds it opened.
