Camp South Wind

Making a deal.

I was sobbing uncontrollably, I didn't do this, it wasn't me. The light turned back on and the windows reappeared, i jumped back and screamed the sun was so unbearably painful in my eyes. I felt like i couldn't move but i slowly got up and began walking around covering my eyes bumping into things.

"Are we all here?" The rest of the group had made it to the main area and were standing in a circle, "Oh i forgot about Reese, she cant see!" Ron snapped his fingers and next thing i knew i was sitting on the floor with everyone else, i didn't actually notice until Ron started talking.

"Well campers that was a long round!" I thought it was pretty short but it might have been the rush that made it seem so short. "Lets see who died!" Ron looked at the center of the circle and three dead bodies appeared, i still couldn't open my eyes but i knew thats what happened when others gasped.

"Well lets see here, we have Zach, Cole and Mya. Hmmm interesting, the killers will remain anominious." I didn't know who killed Mya but i knew who killed Zach and Cole, I'm afraid of myself i don't know what came over me.

"We had some cheaters but looks like they are dead so that doesn't really matter" Ron was laughing." He snapped his fingers to clear away the bodies, "Well its starting to get dark and thats not the only game today so i suggest you head back to the cabin."

The sun still burned my eyes and i couldn't open them i needed help to get back, "Logan, can you help me!" I tried reaching up to get his attention but it didn't work, he came and sat down next to me. "Im not helping you until Reese is back." Why was he so hung up on that, i wouldn't be acting like this if he was in my position. "But she is, please Logan." I heard him walk away, he left me.

"Reese have you though about your answer?" I heard Ron he reached down hand pulled me up. "Oh one second." He snapped his fingers and it was dark again, i could finally open my eyes. "I don't know still, i don't want to leave my friends." I was rubbing my eyes while i talked. " i thought you might say that." Ron put his hands together, "Reese i know you and Logan were talking, i can kill him for cheating you know." I had tears in my eyes but was careful not to let them out, "Why me Ron, why?" He cleared his through, "I see great potential in you Reese, grand power! But if you don't want to join then i guess i will have no choice but to kill Logan for his cheater ways." "WAIT! No ill join, just don't hurt Logan!" I couldn't live with my self if that ever happened.

"Ahh i knew you would come to your senses." He smiled, "We will have the ceremony tonight before our next game, now go back to the cabin and don't spoil the surprise!"

As i walked out Ron disappeared, my tears started running down my cheeks. As i got out the door the sun was back, i screamed and shut my eyes as tight as possible, i had began crying out of pain, i stumbled down the steps onto the path and dropped to the ground. Maybe if i feel for the path i can find my way to the cabin. I placed my hand on the dirt and felt around for where the grass met the edge of the dirt trail, it was easier that way but still took a while to get back.

I finally bumped into the wall of the cabin and put my hand on the wall to find the door, i opened the door and peeked my eyes open just to find my bed. The room fell silent as i walked to my bed and climbed in. I tucked my head down to make it as dark as possible and opened my eyes, tears fell from my cheek onto the bed. I sat there in the corner of my bed as the noise started back up.

Ashley climbed up my ladder and sat next to me, she whispered in my ear. "Reese what happened to you?" I turned my head facing her and she gasped, "Your eyes are bright red are you ok? I dropped my head again, "No." i didnt really want to talk to anyone anymore. She grabbed my shoulder and turned me forcing me to look at her, "Reese you are not ok, what is wrong?" I rolled my eyes, "It doesn't matter!" Our whispering was over i just screamed getting everyones attention.
