Chapter 6 - Kidnap

"Sir, I think there was a breach at the main residence. There were some cameras taken down and we have no evidence."

"You idiots, I pay you loads of money to do one thing and that is to safeguard that house and you failed. I think I know who may have done this."

"Double the security, and I will deal with those bastards tomorrow"

Peter rushes out of his office and gets into his car "David, drive straight to home, as fast as you can."

Next day at the scheduled time, Leo and his men walk up to Peter's office.

"Good morning gentlemen!" Peter says with fake smile pasted on his face.

Leo nods and sits down. "Mr. Moreau, have you decided on our offer?"

"Yes, Mr. Mancini, I cannot take the offer as I have put too much into this and it is finally paying off. This is a legit business I am hoping to clean up my act with. I am very confident in restoring its previous glory and this time I mean it. However, I have made arrangements to pay you back within before the end of this month. If you can spare me the time until then, I swear to pay the money I owe with interest."

"NO!" Leo's voice booms across the walls through the corridor into the halls of the hotel lobby.

"You have waited so long; just a month will not hurt Mr. Mancini."

"You have 2 choices now Mr. Moreau, you either agree for us to be 60% owner of the hotel chain or you pay back what you owe us by the end of day today before I leave. I can assure you that failure to meet with the 2 choices, the consequences will not be good for you or your family."

"Mr. Mancini, in that case, I will borrow the funds from the Leone family who have agree to help me out and I will have the funds delivered to you by this evening."

"You can borrow from anyone you want Mr. Moreau, the bottom line is for us to be paid. You have time till 6:00 tonight." Leo walks out of the room.

He gestures to Eddie and he makes the call "Nicholas, do it now." Leo and his men walk out of the hotel.

Leo walks to his limo "how dare that motherfucker bring Leone family into this. He damn well knows our rivalry and I am not sure if he brought it up as a desperate negotiating card on the table or if he is really involving them. But this mean war and I will be sure to destroy this bastard."

"I am with you on this one Sir, he crossed the line and it is time to take action."

Leo nods "Do the job without harming the girl. Make sure to bring her books and all belonging from her room."

Eddie nods and Leo gets into this car and goes for his next appointment.

At 6:00PM, Leo and all his men aboard the jet and sees that Nicholas is already there with a tiny form sleeping in a fetus position covered with a blanket.

"I take it the meeting did not go well?" Nicholas comments

"That motherfucker threatened to join hands with Leone family. I am going to bring that bastard down and own the chain entirely." He seethes with anger and sits down in a chair.

"So, how did it go?"

"She was playing chess and I knocked her out with chloroform and packed her things and brought her with me."

"Was it clean?"

"No, we knocked 'em all cold. We had taken down the cameras and all surveillance and left no witnesses, so nothing to worry." Nicholas assures.
