In due time, I will find my way,

Though now my skies may be grey. I must live to live another day.

I may well be a useless clump of weed,
But weed are known to never concede. So I swear by creeds, I will succeed.

One day, I will meet my other soul, And think back to my current woe.
I will hold on to her heart I stole.

Now I may be confused and lost, But I'll be glad of these roads I crossed.
My hell will freeze over with layers of frost.

Though now I may be in such pain, One day, I'll know it weren't in vain. Our fates were never easy to explain.

When I die, I hope I will be missed By friend, family, and ones I've kissed. I'll die knowing the reasons I exist.

I don't know where this path leads and ends, But I'll get there with my family and friends. I may break at times, but I'll make amends.

I'm small, weak, silent like a mime,
But one day, I'll grow to my prime. I will get there one day... in due time.
