Chapter 8. My first kiss

Ok, it turned out that i was wrong.

This is not fun anymore, well I think it's not... or it is?

Aissshhh that Amber Liu is making me crazy.

What happened, you say?

Well actually the week begun just like another ordinary week. I went to school. I decided to go out more with Minho, to see if I do have feelings for him. The problem is I still don't know. I find him very charming, but something is missing.

He's polite, he's funny, charming but I just can't seem to like him the way I should too. I mean who wouldn't want to have a boyfriend like him?

But no, this Krystal Jung is so weird that she finds that perfect guy is, well how should I put it... A little bit too perfect?

But I ain't giving up yet.

And then comes Friday, school is over. I just took my bath, drying my hair as Amber went in. Yes through the window, as always.

She sat herself on my bed, she didn't even say hello and just stared at my ceiling.

"Earth to Amber"

She didn't react

"Liu, is there anything special on my ceiling your ceiling don't have that you decided to stare at it instead of your own?"

"Excuse me?"

She suddenly sat herself

"Krys, what if she tries again?"

"I'm not following you here, Liu"

"Hyuna"

"What's with Hyuna?"

"What if she tries to kiss me again?"

"If I were you, I would try not to run away and kiss her back instead"

"What do you mean how?"

"How am I suppose to kiss her back?"

"Are you for real, Amber?!"

"I'm so scared, Krys. Maybe I just cancel tomorrow's date"

"Are you out of your mind?"

"B-but..."

"It's just a kiss, Amber"

"What if I suck, Krys?"

"Oh come on, you're exaggerating things"

"She... she must have kissed so many before. I like her a lot, Krys. I need it to be perfect."

"Listen Amber, first if you really like that person, you wouldn't mind how she kisses. And second, it's really not that hard."

She raised an eyebrow, stared at me "OMONA, you've kissed before!"

I just shrugged.

"How come I didn't know about that?"

"How come you should know about it?"

"I'm your best friend!"

"And I should tell you each time I kissed someone?"

"OMONA, you've kissed more than once??!!"

"Oh, Amber, keep your voice down, you're destroying my ear drums"

"Who was it, Krys?"

"Forget it, kay?"

"NO! Do I know him? Or her?"

"Can we just forget this conversation?"

"NO, now tell"

"Oh c'mon Krys. Let's play yes or no. Is it a boy?"

"I'm not answering"

"I ain't leaving, and I'm gonna start PDA with you everywhere if you don't tell"

"You won't dare"

"Just try me. So let's start again. Is it a boy?"

"Ummmh"

"Then a girl?"

"Well..."

"Yah, you are supposed to answer with yes or no"

"Uhh... yes and yes?"

"Hah?"

It took her a while until she understood what I meant. "OH! You kissed both"

I didn't answer, yeah I kissed both.

"Do I know them?"

"Could be"

"Stop being so secretive"

"You know the boy"

"Really? Is he at our school?"

"Not anymore"

"Oooh, someone older hah? What's his name Krys?"

"Lee Dong Hae"

"Dong Hae? Wow, he was like one of the most wanted guy at school. WAIT! So it was you!"

"What?"

"We went camping together, you know, with the taekwondo club before he graduated. He was so sad so we asked him why. He said a girl broke his heart, she turned him down. It was you, isn't it?"

"Uhh, maybe?"

"You don't like him, Krys?"

"It's not like that, I did like him enough to kiss him, but he was graduating and he's gonna go to some college in Seoul. I didn't want a long distance relationship"

"And the girl?"

"Park Kahi"

"THE PARK KAHI?"

I nodded.

"YOU KISSED PARK KAHI?!"

"She started it, I just kissed her back"

"BWOAAAH Krys.... Do you know how many people would like to do that?"

I just grinned.

"So which one you like better?"

"Huh?"

"Kissing a boy or a girl?"

"Uhhh... girl?"

I nodded. Yeah, Kahi was my first kiss. I was in the locker room after my practice. She was the captain of the cheerleader team. She pinned me to the locker room and pressed her lips against mine. Her soft lips. I kissed her back.

We made out in the locker room. I smiled at the memory.

"Soojung-ah"

I got goosebumps from the way Amber called my name. She only uses that tone when she wants something from me. I looked at her and she was flashing her dorky smile.

"Stop it, you're giving me goosebumps"

"You and me, we known each other forever, right?"

"Yeah?"

"And you care a lot about me..."

"Could be..."

She was still having that dorky smile on her face.

"So you wouldn't mind helping me if I were in trouble, right?"

"...." T__T Where is she going with these?

I sipped my OJ slowly, still trying to figure out what she was trying to tell me.

"Teach me how to kiss, Krys"
