alright, a week away from home is honestly the most I can take, so I'm honestly really glad that I'm back;;
so, I was in the United States for a week! all I can really say is that Vegas is a very pretty place, with all the bright, neon lights and such. I'm also terribly tired of car rides, having spent trips ranging from three to six hours as we hopped around some other cities, too--
but hey, it was also an opportunity to binge stuff on Wattpad, so thank god there's the function to read works offline! (even though it kinda hurt to read in a moving vehicle at times, but that's alright xD)
though, I only took pictures of the hotel I stayed at for the first night, because I'm not much of a picture person, and I couldn't be bothered to snapshot the other nice places outside, especially during the lively nighttime.
oh well.
the bathroom looks incredibly nice and fancy. I've never stayed in a five-star hotel before, and whoa, all I can say is that I was stunned by the quality LOL;;
like, there's a bath and a shower, as well as doors within the bathroom? unheard of.
the main room looks pretty sweet, too.
//I think the bathroom looks better though, tbh xD
hey, the city looks pretty 'normal' during the day, for the most part. lots and lots of tall buildings, aha...
... and then I look down, and gosh, we're really high up.
how does Dazai manage to do this in the BSD opening? falling from such a tall building, so elegantly, at that.
there were also snacks! I personally thought the boxes looked quite nice (excuse my poor photography skills, they look better in person, I swear), and I would've loved to have some if the food in hotels weren't so darn expensive.
I was scanning through the menu, and the price of yogurt was $14.
fourteen flipping dollars. that's roughly the price of a Kagerou Daze light novel.
anyways, I think the trip was okay? I would've preferred to be at home though, like always, but that's just me and my odd dislike for traveling, haha;;
the entire time I was there, I'd ended up wearing t-shirts and shorts, while the average person had maybe a light jacket and long pants. climate-wise, I prefer cold over hot, because that's just what I'm used to in Canada, I guess--
so, uh, yeah! if you've gotten this far, you have my thanks uwu;;
have a nice day, everyone~ ^^
