Days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months and over time months turn to years.... Cameron has been gone for 3 years now. I tried calling him before the due date but he didn't answer. Luckily I had Grey and Lucy there with me. They helped me get everything set up. I owe them a lot. Currently where I am today is that I am an author which is great because I can work from home and stay with the kids... yeah kids... I had twins. Cayla and Cyler. I had to name him after the name Cameron suggested if he ever came back. He always wanted a boy named Cyler after all.

March 22
Currently Grey is over here watching the kids for me while I write a couple chapter of my newest book. Which is fine because the kids get to play with Grey's kid Juvia. That's when that fateful doorbell rang...
"Jade! Can you get that for me please!!! The kids are throwing food I can get it right now!" Grey cries.
"Yeah Yeah," I laugh. I open the door.
"Yes how may I help-" I start then see who it is.
"You..." I finish on the verge of tears.
"I'm back!" He exclaims. I don't know if I should be happy, or mad. I can't figure it out so I decide on crying.
"Why are you crying?" He asks worriedly putting his hand on my arm lovingly. Which cause me to cry more I missed his touch so much... I can't hear this faint humming in the background....
"Vrrerrrm," then I see Cameron duck a little as if he was hit. I look down and see that Cyler just headbutted Cameron in the thigh. I laugh a little.
"Don't make my mumma cry sir!" Cyler said in defense while hugging my leg. Cameron laughs.
He bends down and places his hand on his head.
"Yes you should always protect your momma-," Cameron looks up at me confused. Grey comes out from the kitchen . Cameron instantly tenses.
"Mom! Cyler put Mac and cheese in my hair!" Cayla cries and waddles over to me. I look at Cameron then back at them. I pry Cyler off my leg.
"Kids go to your Uncle Grey for me I need to talk to this sir right now," I look up at Cameron as I say Uncle Grey to make sure he got it through his head Grey is not the father. I step out of the house with Cameron shutting the door.
"Who's are those?" He asks highly confused.
"They are mine. Stupid," I say in a duh tone.
"And the father?" I look away. I turn back to look at him and point my finger at him.
"Me?" He asks. I nod.
"No I can't be. There like 3," he says grabbing my shoulders I still look away.
"Before.. before you left.. I was.. pregnant," I sigh looking up at him.
"You were pregnant?" He repeats.
"Why didn't you tell me?" He asks sadly.
"You were going to New York for your career it was just starting I didn't want to ruin it for you... and you said you would be home in a couple of weeks..." I choke.
"You were gone for so long," I cry.
"I tried calling you before my due date but you didn't pick up," I say as Cameron engulfs me in a hug.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, I thought I was making your dream come true but I ruined it," he cries into my shoulder.
"I went to New York for my career yes... but I wanted to save up the money to build you the house you wanted that time we told each other our dreams you wanted a white house with blue shutters..." he says hugging me tighter.
"Cameron..." I says desperately grasping at his shirts to try and pull us closer together.
I love you," I sob.
"I love you too,"he says picking me up slightly. We stay like this for awhile till we finally separate.
"Do you want to meet your kids Cameron?" I say as I grab the door nob. He nods quickly.
Cameron and I walk back in. Grey was sitting in the living room with everybody.
"I'm going to take Juvia home," Grey says getting up and walking him and Juvia out the front door.
"Okay Cameron you sit here and prepare yourself," I laugh.
"Cyler Cayla come over here." I say as they waddle over to me. I squat down to there level.
"That's your dad. Right there on the couch now go get him!" I laugh. Both twins charge at him and jump on Cameron knocking him over.
"Momma! This is where we get our hair color from!" Cayla says tugging on Camerons hair slightly.
"Will I get this tall?" Cyler asks.
"Hello guys," Cameron says.
They both gasp. "It spoke," they say in unison.
They both rush back over to me. I smile widely and kiss both of there foreheads. I look back over to Cameron and see he his crying.
"I missed so much..." He sobs.
"Their first steps, words, their birth everything, I'm a horrible father," he solemnly chuckles.
"You didn't know," I say sitting next to him and wrapping my arms around him. The twins waddle over and repeat what I say and hug them.
"Yeah you didn't know," we sit like this for awhile till Cyler speaks up.
"Dad will you play cars with me?" He asks.
"I would be honored," he says.
Cayla honey will you help me with dinner?" I ask picking her up.
"Yeah!" She yells.
Me and Cayla work in the kitchen for a little bit cooking dinner eventually Cameron and Cyler poke their heads in the kitchen door frame when they hear the oven go off.
"Is it ready?" They ask in unison.
"Yes it's ready!" Cayla replies.
"So Cameron what did you do in New York?" I ask wiping my hands on my napkin.
"Well I read all of your books of course," he smiles. "They always made me think of us while I was gone," he says looking down.
"Why didn't you come home sooner?" I asks sadly.
"Well I uh.. you see," he stutters. I set my silverware down on the table making a loud clinking sound.
"Kids let's go to bed, come on I'll go tuck you in," I day grabbing their plates and placing them in the sink while grabbing their hands.
"Can I go to?" Cameron asks "to tuck them in that is," he says.
"I don't know if they feel comfortable with a stranger tucking them into bed," they came out harsher than I wanted it to but I couldn't take it back now.
"I see," he says sadly. Cyler and Cayla both yank their arms away from me and pad over to him and kiss his cheeks.
"Goodnight dad," they say and run off upstairs. I follow after them I kiss each of them goodnight and tuck them into bed. I head back down stairs to talk to Cameron some more.
"I'm sorry," he says getting up and following me to a kitchen. As I start to watch the dishes.
"Stop apologizing," I say laughing.
"Never," he says putting his head in the crook of my neck.
"Why were you gone for so long," I asks again.
"Don't laugh when I tell you this," he says giving and dry laugh. I turn around to look at him.
"The acting thing I went down there for originally got cancelled. I refused to come home and say I couldn't do it. I wanted to make you happy. So I stayed working everyday for the past 5 years to make sure I could give you the future you deserved. I didn't want to come home a failure," he says sadly. I pick his head up and force him to look at me.
"I love you! Failure or not, I will always love you, Cameron Alexander Dallas," I say smiling brightly. Next thing I know he connected our lips together and we kiss each other passionately. We hear a slight giggling and pull apart we snap our heads around to look at the stairs and see two sets of eyes looking at us. Soon as we see the they run up the stairs laughing.
"LISTEN HERE YOU LITTLE BUGS GET TO BED! OR NO PANCAKES FOR BREAKFAST!" I yell up the stairs. I look back at Cameron sighing he looks wide eyed I give him the what I hell with that face of yours look and he mutters.
"No pancakes for breakfast..?" He asks.
"No pancakes," I repeat. After I say this he immediately sprints up the stairs and out for sight.
"This boy..." I laugh.
"God I love him," I smile walking up the stairs.
