The wooden front door latched open making a clicking sound and a lady entered the lavish drawing room huffing with lack of breath, the sweat beads covered her forehead and one or two drops made their way down her fair skin. She locked the door from inside and slumped on the sofa chair picking up a white towel from beside table and wiped the sweat off her head. Raising her head she found the wall clock hit seventh hour of the day. She smiled as some random thought crossed her mind and got up to make way towards her bedroom.

She opened the bedroom door to find her dearest hubby sleeping soundly on the bed. She stared at his sleeping figure for a minute. . . His muffed hairs covered his eyes as his face gave away a perfect expression for a comical snap. Opening her cupboard she took out a viola textured short and a white and black striped camisole and entered the washroom to have a bath. After twenty minutes she came out to find her husband still sleeping. . . Rolling her eyes she went and opened the curtains allowing the sunshine to penetrate into her beautiful room and well at her hubby's sleeping figure.

"Oh! Not again Sharon" The guy mumbled stirring on bed as he hid his face under the pillow to block sunrays.

"Sorry Sweetheart! Sleeping time is over!" Sharon removed the pillow from his face and kissed his head lightly.

"Five more minutes please" The guy pleaded.

"Get up Swayam! You'll be late for office" Sharon smiled and pecked his lips. He pouted in defeat making her chuckle.

Swayam was gelling his hairs when he heard Sharon calling him from downstairs.

"Yes girls are going to get crazy after seeing you. Now, come down already."

Swayam chuckled listening to her comment. She teased him every day for the love he has for his hairs. At times she taunted him saying she loved his hairs much more than he loved her. Five years of dating and two and a half years of marriage. . . Life has been beautiful with her. She has been his support system. . . His center of gravity. She had supported him through every thick and thin and has always understood him. . . When he had to cancel their vacation for his newly constructed business, when he came late after midnight forgetting their date. . . Each and every time. He had felt too guilty for his mistakes but she had held his hand and told her that she knew it was important for a better life. . . and she knew he would make up for it. He really respected and loved her.

Swayam came down the stairs and found Sharon working in the kitchen.

"I love You" Swayam said hugging her by her waist and keeping his head on her shoulders.

Sharon smiled and replied "I love you too. Now tell me why are you buttering me?"

Swayam hid his face in the crook of her neck to hide his smile.

"Whoa! Why would you say that, huh?" He said pretending to be offended.

Sharon turned in his hug and keeping her hand on his shoulders said "Well it's a Monday Morning, you have a meeting lined up in the next ninety minutes and a presentation afterwards and here you are telling me you love me. . . Of course you need something."

Swayam raised his eyebrows in amusement and shook his head, this lady really knows him.

"I wanted my Play Station back" Swayam said in the lowest tone possible.

He made the cutest face possible for him to melt his Siren Sharon, she stared at his innocent face and smiled lovingly at him, she kissed his forehead and said "Have your breakfast and get out. . . One more time you ask for it I am going to break that stupid thing in pieces."

The smile from Swayam's face vanished and he ran to the dining table before her siren goes off and she becomes a woman of words.

Swayam was having his breakfast and Sharon was sitting beside him watching his sulking face. She had a strong urge to laugh out loud but resisted. Her husband was such a kid at times. Her favorite kid. She was proud how even after being in the utterly complex business world, surrounded with cunning people all the time. . . He had managed to retain his innocence. The innocence for which she fell for in the first place.

"I am not talking to you! First, you are not coming to office. Second, you aren't telling me the reason why you have taken this leave and third, you are not giving me my PS back" Swayam said cocking his head to one side getting up from the chair.

Sharon walked up to him and flunged her arms around his neck.

"You won't talk to me?" Sharon asked making an innocent face.

Swayam glanced at her enjoying every move of hers.

"No. . .I. . ." Before Swayam could complete his sentence Sharon placed her lips on his sucking them gently telling him she loved him so much. Swayam responded to the kiss holding her face in his hands . . . .Sharon retreated pecking him lovingly in the end and said "Still won't talk to me?" to which Swayam smiled and hugged her.

"Nothing I do will work in front of this weapon of yours!" Swayam said and Sharon laughed.
"Come home soon."

"I will.Bye. Love You."

"Bye. Love you too."

Sharon bid him goodbye and sighed locking the door. She checked her watch it showed 8.30 a.m.
She picked out her diary and checked the appointment with her doctor. . . It was at 11 a.m.

This was so important. . . She didn't know what to expect. . . She had taken leave for this appointment. . . It was too early to bother Swayam with this. Her health wasn't really well since past few days and she had hid it well from him because knowing Swayam she knew he would leave everything to just take care of her. And right now he was much more needed in the office.

She didn't know if whatever her doctor suggested was right. . . But if it was imagining Swayam's reaction was impossible for her.
