The famous Tihar village holds a capacity of 6,250 inmates but Robin knew it otherwise. He was strolling back towards his cell. He was under trial for a kidnap case. While walking,he was thinking about the history of the prison. He was amazed by the tight security that it had. Its told that TJ has had only four prison breaks in 40 years.

The first person to make an unauthorized exit from Tihar was an American smuggler, Daniel Walcott. In 1965, he managed to escape from Tihar in a police vehicle, reached the Safdarjung Airport hangar, boarded his impounded plane and flew out of the country before the jail authorities could react. This prompted the first security review of Tihar.

The arrangements made after Walcott's escape worked well for the next two decades until Charles Sobhraj, lodged in Tihar for allegedly committing 20 murders, escaped after drugging the security guards on his birthday in March 1986. He had ordered sweets laced with 820 pills of a sedative for the security guards. He simply took the keys from one of them and walked out of the prison posing as a policeman.

Nearly 20 years later, MP Phoolan Devi's killer, Sher Singh Rana, escaped from prison after getting his aide to pose as a cop in February 2004. His friend, Sandeep Thakur, came to jail in the guise of a policeman to take him for his trial hearing. Thakur even collected the meal allowance of Rs 40 before escaping with Rana minutes before the real police arrived.

The next break happened in 2011 when two undertrial drug addcits made a dash for Gate 3 along with eight other inmates when they were being transported in a van. They escaped but were caught.

Two years and three months after the prison breaks, Robin was going to make his ancestors proud. This was all possible by only one person: Shreya Kulkarni, the best  criminal lawyer all over India. She is the last person to fall back upon.

Shreya, the very thought of her  pleasing to him. The wounds that he had received in his life was all swept away by the blink of an eye. He needed her, not only for the case but also for himself.

It is a funny thing, how much money can buy. Here, in India, the golden rule followed was: Those who had the gold, made the rules. So it did for Robin. Born of rich parents,a spoilt rich kid ,Robin, was an orphan at the age of 15. His parents left all their amassed wealth in the name of their only son. He lived his life in his own way, with no one's aid.  He was  the heart throb of the girls in his college. He dated 3 girls in four years, but they fell prey to his animal instincts. They plotted against him to rob him of his riches. They managed to do so, but retrieved it from them with the help of his uncle.  He later kidnapped them all, at different locations. It was easy for him to put up his apologetic face in front of them and woo them in a jiffy. And then he kept them with him for two days, not harming them, but simply tying them up in an old garage that his uncle owned. Then he let them go. This didn't stop there. The girls filed a complaint against him accusing him of attempt of molestation, showing marks on their wrists. Those bitches, he thought, I'm going to avenge. This got him Shreya. She was a blend of beauty with brains. I'm going to escape from here soon

He reached his cell. The guard outside gave him a dreaded stare. He was the only one in the cell because the previous occupants had stabbed each other and let each others soul escape this stealthy quarters. He sat on the single cot, that stank of urine. He could feel the sweat trickling down his back as he sat upright. He discovered unusual graphics on the other end of the cell. His ex-inmates were really good artists. He lied down on the flum-clad bedsheet, until his interrogation ceremony showed up. He remembered the plan that Shreya plotted for him.

I'll be out and we'll spend the rest of the nights on your bed, Shreya...
