"Myocardial infarction!", said the jail nurse as she rushed to get to the jail doctor.

Singh was devastated by the body that lay down before her. She never expected this to happen. Her BP was raising. She asked the guard to fetch her tablets. She shook Robin's body that lie on the ground. It was stiff already. She looked for pulse, it seemed as if it never existed.

The prison doctor checked for pulse and he looked at Robin's body with surprise. He yelled "CODE BLUE". Robin's heart went to overdrive. A couple of nurses ran in.One of them quickly started oxygen therapy in order to ensure that the heart had to work as little as possible when delivering oxygen to the rest of the body. The other nurse began monitoring his heart rate and pressure. They connected him to the electro cardiogram unit to measure his heart rhythm.

"We have no time!", shouted the prison doctor.

"We have to shift him to a speciality heart hospital immediately. Nurse, call for the ambulance right now, and phone ahead to Fortis Escorts to tell them I'm on my way with this patient."

The doctor turned to Singh and told, " You don't need t worry ma'am. Send your men to Fortis hospitals. Once this guy is safe we'll hand him over to you. " The nurse came running to the doctor worriedly and told medical terms that Singh clearly didn't understand.

He replied," Nurse, charge unit to 200 joules!"

"Yes doctor", she replied, as the assistant helped her with the gel pads, one on Robin's upper chest, below his right clavicle and the second below his left nipple. He pressed the pads firmly onto the gel pads, applying twenty-five pounds of pressure. "All clear!", he shouted as he depressed the shock button on the paddles. Robin's body jerked with the jolt of the current as the doctor stared at the monitor hoping to find a stable rhythm.

As the monitor beeped, Robin's bed was rolled out, surrounded by medical personnel towards the waiting ambulance with a standby nurse and doctor running outside. The ambulance was parked in front of the main gate. Robin was loaded onto the vehicle with the nurse alongside Robin in the back seat and the doctor in front. The sirens were switched on and the familiar red and blue lights on the roof of the ambulance were activated as they sped towards their destination.

They were on NH48 highway, when the ambulance suddenly came to a halt. The prison doctor stepped out to take a leak. The driver also got out of the ambulance and was inhaling fresh air. After two minutes, a sharp blow came on the driver's head and he lay on the floor bleeding from his head. It was a powerful uppercut that knocked his head violently to the freshly tarred road. The doctor asked the nurse to get Robin's body out of the ambulance and keep it down the road where there was a abandoned nursing home. "Give him the injection that I have placed there. I will promote you as the chief doctor of Fortis Escorts with my influence if you do just this. It's a matter of political importance. Now do it! GO!", told the doctor who took the driver and loaded him onto the passenger's seat and drove away.
