What was he planning to do? Nothing too drastic right? The suspense was killing me.

"What are you planning to do?" I asked him, confused.

"Don't worry. Just... stay here. I hate to see my sister crying." And with that last sentence, he stood up and walked over to Judy, another girl in my class. He grabbed her wrist, like he was confessing his love or something, but when Judy pulled her wrist away, her watch was gone on her wrist that Tom was holding. He then looked at me, before looking towards a preoccupied Helen, who was drawing.

Confused I continued to watch as Tom proceeded to slowly open Helen's bag, placing the watch in there and then closing the bag again. He then walked away before running back over to me.

"Why... What did you just do?" I asked, still completely confused by the events that had just occurred.

"I'm getting payback for what Helen did for you. He publicly humiliated you, made you cry, and I will not stand for that. You're my sister! If I don't protect you, who will? Judy will look for her watch, and when they find it on Helen, they will instantly suspect him and no one else. They will also bully him and hopefully leave us alone." He spoke loudly.

"I-I suppose..." I looked away. I mean, the plan seemed flawless. The guys at this school are too dumb to look too deep into anything, when an answer is right in front of them. I wasn't sure how I felt about it though, as it is framing someone for a crime you committed and wishing torment upon them. Still, I suppose he could have kept his mouth shut. But no matter how much I tried to justify Tom's actions, my heart kept going back to Helen.

Unfortunately, the plan worked perfectly. Judy looked for her watch, found it on Helen, and they left me and Tom alone and picked entirely on Helen. I felt so bad, but I couldn't say anything. It kept going until the guilt took me over.

"Tom?" I asked my brother, walking up to him.

"Yes (Y/N)?" He asked, turning towards me.

"Can you tell Helen please? I'm sure he will understand. It's just that I feel so bad about putting this on him and I can't stand the guilt of it anymore." I begged Tom.

"Okay. But just for you, if it makes you feel better. I just want the best for you." He smiled weakly.

"Thank you Tom." I smiled back at him.

After school, I made sure Tom spoke to Helen. After about 20 minutes, I came into his room and I saw him talking to Helen.

"Well? Did you tell him?" I asked.

"Not yet. I've asked him to meet me early at school tomorrow." He admitted.

"Okay." I said, leaving Tom's room.

When I got up, Tom had already left. I got dressed, had breakfast and left too. On the way I bumped into Helen.

"Oh. Hey Helen." I say weakly.

"Hey (Y/N). How are you?" He asked.

"I'm good thanks. What about you?" I asked back.

"I'm good thanks. I've gotta meet your brother on the school roof today."

"Yeah I know, I'm meeting him there too. He wants to talk to both of us." I smile at him.

"What does he want to talk about?" Helen asked me.

"He asked me not to say until we get there."

"That's fine." Helen looked forward at the path again.

We spoke on the way to the school and I really got to know him well. I remember why I fell for him in the first place. When we got to the school, we could already see Tom on the roof of the school, so me and Helen made our way up there. He smiled when he saw both of us. I smiled back, but Helen didn't.

I let Tom and Helen talk it out, not wanting to get involved. Tom told him everything. After a while, I could see Helen was really starting to get angry. Suddenly he grabbed Tom by the collar and spun him around a few times, struggling. I was frozen to my spot from shock, unable to stop them. It got really bad until they found their way to the edge of the roof, and Tom was hanging off.

"TOM!!" I screamed, running over.

"Sorry Helen." Tom said calmly, before Helen lost his grip and Tom fell down 6 stories onto concrete ground, to his death.

"TOM NO!!" I screamed and cried but it was too late. Blood was leaking from his head, forming a large puddle on the floor around him. I couldn't help but vomit. I puked onto the roof. Once I stopped, I looked over at Helen, and he had tears streaming down his face. I so badly wanted to hurt him, but I knew it wasn't his fault. He couldn't save Tom.

I ran up to Helen and hugged him. He didn't hug back, but I felt his tears on my shoulder.

"I saw you. You tried to save him. I couldn't ask for anything more. I forgive you." I say, sobbing into his shoulder, and he was sobbing into my shoulder too.

We stood there for a while before Helen quietly whispered two words... "I'm sorry..."
