Chapter 11

I walked behind Suave downstairs and the first thing I hear is my old friend Eterna.

" I swear I'm going to murder that piece of sh-"

" Welcome Eterna! What do you need?" I questioned her, placing my hand on the small of her back, pushing her into another room that was off to the side.

Before I closed the door, I flicked my hand in a certain motion as a signal to all vampire servants to leave immediately. Footsteps could be heard before I could even close the door.

" Where. Is. Encre?" Eterna stomped her foot and crosses her arms, leaning on the white wall behind her.

I walked forward, stopping when my face was a few mere inches from her face. " What's wrong dear, don't you want to play with me?"

I leaned forward, and just as I was about to "kiss" her, she turned her head, leaving her neck wide open.

I dove in, biting her blue neck, tasting her delicious blood. The aroma of blood filled the room and eventually leaked into other houses and such. Her blood tasted so sweet but alas, Dr. Lofty needed her girlfriend.

I licked the remaining blood off of her neck as she collapsed in my arms. I whistled three times and the royal magician came with some purple powder that shrunk her down. I changed into my bat form and flew into town, where it was around 10 pm. I dropped her off in front of Loftys house and flew right back, it being dangerous for me to be there.

Then I went to go find Encre.

Encre P.O.V

Fallacy left me flustered as one of his servants, Suave I think, led him down stairs. I waited for a few seconds, then I pouted.

' I'm in love with a vampire... '

I walked around, searching for something to do, when I spotted a Library. It looked cosy and warm.
I walked in. There were shelves after shelves of books of all ages. I was actually quite surprised when I found books of this century.

'Hmm. And I thought he was too busy for anything.'

I walked to a shelf and grabbed a book on ( ironically ) vampires.

I slipped into a small cream colored bean bag chair and opened the book to its table of contents.
