3- Gaming/Watching A movie
Felicity, still feeling bad after the night in Oliver's office came over on a Sunday morning. Both of their days off with video games and a bunch of movies, she sighed and walked up to the front of Queen Manor. She was praying on the inside not to run into Oliver's mother. She was a scary person, scary, creepy, suspicious, mean, and a bit arrogant if you asked her.
She put a fist up to knock on the door waiting for someone to answer. As Moria came to the door she cussed at herself for running into her.
"Oliver's here," she said in the most fake polite voice ever. "What do you want?"
"I-I..." She looked down at her Nikes she got for her trips to the gym.
"Felicity!" Oliver smiled walking to the door. "I didn't expect you to come today!"
"I was coming by with popcorn movies and a few video games, for saying thank you for helping me with a certain issue..." She stated referring to the night in his office. "I hope you like Halo 3.." She added giggling slightly.
This was a different Felicity. Casual Felicity. She was dressed in a big tee shirt with the words 'My Other Car Is A TARDIS' on the front, a pair of super baggy sweatpants and cute Pink NIKE tennis shoes. She had little makeup on and looked natural.
"Lucky for you, I do..." He smiled opening the door gesturing for her to come in. "We'll set up in the Den..."
They made their way to the room as she politely greeted Thea who smiled and waved. Moria with
a careless look on her face went to another part of the mansion so she wouldn't have to see Felicity. She was still mad at her for telling Oliver about Thea and Merlyn. Frankly the words she said about Oliver blaming her for tearing his world apart and all that was still buzzing in her head. She sighed thinking that he really did blame her partially for what Moria had told her.
"I think we are set up..." Oliver smiled in success in figuring out how to work the TV. Felicity switched the channel so she could see her X-Box layout. Oliver saw her avatar and chuckled.
"Even when you're in virtual x-box world you're in a skirt..." He commented sitting down on the couch and taking one of the black controllers.
Oliver had gotten into video games before he was stranded on the island, his mother along with everyone and everything else in his life, disapproved. Claiming to care about her son but kept secrets from both of their kids.
They had set up a map at a warehouse because of what they both spend their nights doing together. Which made Oliver think he had the advantage but really he didn't. Felicity had gotten the upper hand running up to Oliver and beating him down and running off to search for the sniper rifle and set up waiting at the beach for him to come right into her trap. Which he did, twice.
"Oliver are you sure you played halo before?" She asked with a snide giggle on the end. That was when she got killed by getting splattered by a warthog.
Oliver had been worrying about Felicity since the day of his mother's announcement to run for mayor. She always came down to the lair tired and overwhelmed she had given him small smiles, he could see the worry in her eyes. What did his mother say to her? Was it something about himself and his relationship with her. He would be angry if she hadn't told him and kept the secret before things got out of hand for the two of them. If that happened, then Felicity would have lost Ollie's trust.
After a couple hours of playing Felicity had creamed Ollie winning 7 out of 8 games. That was when they picked a movie.
The movie was zombieland, Oliver hadn't seen it so this was new. Felicity could see that Oliver enjoyed the movie because he had a genuine smile on his face. In the past year this was a beautiful rarity for Felicity to see. Her hand grazed his, Felicity's attention was on the movie, a smile on her face watching the parts were Tallahassee was freaking out over Twinkies. His hand intertwined with hers as they continued to watch the movie.
After 3 movies Felicity was asleep in Oliver's lap. Her face looking towards the Television and her breathing light with a small almost inaudible snore. Oliver smiled and picked Felicity up and carrying her to his room so she could get some well deserved sleep.
After all, what would Oliver do without his bubbly computer girl in his life?
