Claude's POV:
It was morning when I decided to go hunting for food. Sebastian was still sound asleep which brought me relief.
I walked through the dark woods, keeping quiet as possible so I wouldn't scare off any animals I was trying to hunt.
As I was walking, I felt as if  someone was watching me, watching every step I took, watching every move I made. To be honest, I felt a bit creeped out by this; the hairs on the back on my neck were probably standing up, that was how creeped out I was.
I kept walking until I stumbled on something that made my heart drop. Footprints! Not animal footprints, but human footprints. Someone is definitely spying on me and Sebastian, and I had a hunch about who it is.
I quickly ran back to the cabin where I found Sebastian who was now awake and standing in the front porch waiting for me. I quickly ran up to him and I put my arms around his waist, wanting to hold him close and protect him.
Sebastian's POV:
I raised a brow when Claude suddenly hugged me, I pulled from the hug and looked at him with concern, Something seemed to be bothering him.
"Claude, what's got you bothered?" I asked.
"Sebastian, whatever you do, do not leave the house. When I'm away, keep all the doors locked and the lights off" Claude sounded so serious.
"Why?" I asked.
"As I was walking through the woods, I felt like someone was watching me. I then stumbled upon footprints; they weren't animal footprints. The were human footprints."
My eyes widened when Claude said that. I felt my whole body go numb; so someone knows where we're hiding.
