Third person's POV:
Sebastian was in bed sleeping while Claude was awake in the living room, keeping watch, making sure nobody would break in.
Only one more month to go before Sebastian had to give birth so Claude became very restless.
Sebastian's POV (nightmare):
I was running through the woods, holding a tiny baby girl in my arms as I ran; Claude was running behind me, trying to protect me and our daughter as the law and villagers were chasing after us, shooting guns at us and screaming at us to die.
Boom!
I hear a loud gun shot and I turn around to see Claude coughing up a whole bunch of blood. He collapses to the ground and I notice that he has been shot in a back. I screamed out his name and he looked up at me and told me to just keep running.
I refuse to leave his side. I started crying, telling him to keep fighting for his life. As I kept encouraging Claude to stay alive, a heard another loud gun shot.
Boom!
I looked at myself, noticing that I hadn't been shot but my heart dropped and I went numb as I looked down. Our daughter was dead.
I started screaming bloody murder hysterically, as I watched the two people I love so dearly die. I had a hunch this was going to happen. I hope this never happens, I just want a normal life with Claude.... And our baby, but that will never happen.
Claude's POV:
I heard very loud screams that were coming from the bedroom. I quickly stood from the couch and ran very fast into our room. I saw Sebastian who was thrashing around on the bed, screaming and coated with sweat. I instantly rushed to his side, trying to wake him up from this horrible nightmare he was having.
"Sebastian!" I called his name out loud, grabbing him by the shoulders trying to wake him up. His screams only got louder.
"Sebastian wake up! SEBASTIAN WAKE UP!" I yelled loudly.
Suddenly, sebastian woke up and he started crying. I picked him up in my arms, trying to comfort him.
"Shh, love, it's okay; it was just a bad dream" I said, lacing my fingers through his hair.
"It seemed so real, Claude" he whimpered, "You and our baby died."
I frowned at this and held him close; "You have nothing to be afraid of, my love. I promise that will never happen."
Sebastian's POV:
I calmed down and relaxed into his chest.
I'm not afraid; as long as I have Claude by my side, I'm not afraid.
