The legend of the mages

I crawl into my bed covers and go to sleep as soon as my head hits the bed.

Suddenly I woke up feeling uneasy and afraid, turned my head around and saw a man standing beside the dresser, his back facing me.

" you know it's rude to stare, girl didn't your mama teach you that?", he said with a deep, harsh voice.

I squeaked out loud and I ran through a series of emotions all of which screamed FRIGHTENED!!!  In bold.

Sounding braver than I actually felt,  I stood up and faced him. " listen brother,  you had better leave my room now!  I know I saw you earlier this day,  first catching me off guard this afternoon,  now brazenly stalking me?!  You got something else coming for you!!!  Get that"  I screamed,  ' get out this instant!!! '

He now turns and faces me and what a pleasant surprise I got there.  A cute,  clear cut face with almond shaped eyes and a strong jaw shapes his face.  Dark brown eyes stare back at me full of mockery and mischief with a hint of laughter at my expense I should add.

First thing first,  I have no time for this nonsense,  he crossed the room towards my end and grabbed my hand.

I struggled hard for him to let go but he firmly held my hand.

He closed the gap and bends down to look at me in the eyes. ' you had better keep quiet and follow me, listen to my instructions , pack up a few clothes, necessary toiletries, snacks and let's leave,  get that? '

I nod my head clearly scared out of my wits. I whimpered in pain where he held my wrist.  With a sharp intake of breath he released me and apology was clearly written in his face.

Funny,  how people think girls are only damsels to in distress and we don't have a mind of our own. He had another thing coming for him that he would have never seen it coming.
