Hakuouki SSL: Kazama Chikage x Reader X Okita Souji【Sequel to the 1st Story】

<Arc 2> Chapter 1

A/n: Hi ho~ My semester is ending, I am crying internally for My next semester is internship. Anywho, enjoy the first chapter of a new arc.

  A year could do a lot of things to someone, change their life 360 degrees; make them fall in or out of love; ruin a perfect life completely. As for Y/n, a year made her realize a lot of things. Not all relationships were what a naive girl had dreamed.

"Good morning Y/n-chan!" Chizuru excitedly called out to the h/c girl.

"Morning Chizuru." She replied.

"How was the holidays?" Y/n got in to her thinking expression, "Nothing much, just hanging out with Souji and his nephews. Then, we visited the sensoji temple during the last weekend of the holidays."

"Awe, that's so sweet. You're lucky that Okita-san is your boyfriend." Chizuru hummed.

As the bell rung signaling classes of the day will begin, Mr.Harada came in to class looking handsome as always. However... A few boys noticed that he had a ring on his ring finger.

"Harada-sensei, congratulations!" The boys cheered.

"Huh? Oh, thank you." He replied with a smile.

Y/n scoffed, she was somewhat angry at her cousin- Yahiko, did not tell her that she had gotten married. The class began gossiping on who was the bride, Mr.Harada broke it out as Ms.Yahiko the maths teacher for the 2nd years.

"Before we begin, Arisa had to move back to America and won't be joining us this year." Mr.Harada spoke out.

Everyone let out a big and loud sigh of relief.

= Meanwhile... At the student council room =

      Kazama was plotting a grand scale of an apology event for Y/n, Amagiri had no choice but to keep silent and listen to him ramble. Meanwhile, Shiranui was annoyed with him.

"Y/n-chan doesn't like grand things. She prefer a normal and sincere apology." Shiranui annoyingly spoke out.

"Nonsense, I know Y/n well. She loves surprises." Kazama replied.

Shiranui groaned as what he say could not get into his thick skull. "I sincerely pray that Y/n wouldn't want to get back with you." He mumbled.

= Lunch =

    Chizuru and Y/n were walking together down the hallway to the cafeteria, all of their friends were there waiting for them.  Both the girls brought bento boxes whereas Y/n brought two.

"Souji, how did you get Y/n-chan to date you." Heisuke spoke out as he leaned on the table.

"That's my secret. I'm not telling." He replied.

As the girls spotted their friends, they went to sit with them. Souji was being bold, he immediately gave Y/n a hug and kiss her cheek when she placed his bento in front of him.

"Souji, you're gonna get us in to trouble with Mr. Hijikata." Y/n was blushing like a ripe tomato.

"I don't mind." Souji replied with his cat like smile.

Both Heisuke and Chizuru stared at those two with both disgust and admiration. Unknown to all of them, Kazama had saw their little affection from afar. He would lie to himself if he was not jealous of Souji.

 Lunch was peaceful, until Souji decided to steal a tamagoyaki from Y/n's bento; all hell broke lose from there.
